It made me miss working at waffle house. Everyone was like
I work at the point south waffle House and I was there for most of Monday and we have never turned away any animal the owner said was a service animal. in fact we don't even ask . we just assume the owner needs the company of the animal...it is corporate policy. I would like to know what time of day this occurred. we have cameras and sound recording 24/7.

My husband and I went into the Waffle House with my service animal and was refused due to me having my service animal with me. I had her paperwork with me to show the waitress but that did not matter. This is against the law.

We ordered on line and picked the food up to go. It was not ready at the pick up time but they were busy. I got a Texas cheese steak sandwich and a double order of hashbrowns. My lovely wife got a grilled cheese amd a biscuit. Both of us were very happy with the food. We would not hesitate to eat here again.

Definitely did not respect their positions. Luckily we had the one waitress that had somewhat of a work ethic. The cook did not get the order correct and the food was not as good as past experiences.
