The cidery is a cozy place with bonfires and apple orchards, but the orchard we out of season(sad face). It has a rustic feel and is perfect for people who love cider. They have lots of different ciders that taste sweet or crisp. The staff is friendly and can help you try different flavors.Whether you really like cider or just want to try it, this place has yummy drinks with unique flavors. Plus, their donuts are soft, warm, and delicious! It's a great spot for a tasty and fun experience.
Small cozy place with fire pits (extra points), and lot of cider and ciders with buzz. Dogs friendly, that is a point. With lot of signs for parent to pay attention to their kids. Another point is the half dozen of donuts. Right in the spot.Come with no kids, the rest of the world need a place like this.
Had a nice time drinking cider with my family! Lovely place to visit!
We’ve been here once before back in 2020 and it was great. We liked how it had more of an adult vibe, there’s less kids and their cider flights are spiked. But this past weekend we went and I was kind of disappointed in the food.. I remember the cinnamon sugar donuts being so good but this time they were cold as well as the apple pies. Kinda sucks when you spend an hour driving over there just to sit, eat, and drink. We still brought back half a dozen donuts home, and they’re good warmed! But we will probably try other orchards at this point.
Delicious cider and donuts!
Beautiful stop with tasty treats and great cider
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
Well organized location. Quaint, but has everything you would need/expect
We had a great time with friends and tried different ciders, they were amazing. Music was great too.
Such a cool place! Delicious cider and apple desserts, friendly staff, and wonderful ambience! I came for their annual homebrew day and had a great time. Many of the negative reviews for Windy Hill point out a lack of activities for younger children, which is like being upset that your local brewery doesn't have a ball pit. This isn't an amusement park, it's a small farm and craft cidery, so set your expectations accordingly!

Fun place to apple pick and/or shop some fresh apple goodies from the shop. The fresh donuts are amazing! You must try them! Strollers will work but there are some thick gravel areas you may have some trouble pushing through if your stroller has small wheels. My running stroller worked great here. Tip for apple picking, definitely grab the picking tool so you can reach apples higher up.
Great apple donuts and yummy cider! The staff is so great. Highly recommend!!
If you’re coming here to eat the fresh apple donuts and the flight of cider then this is your place, otherwise, nothing there to do. The orchard is very small, the hayride it’s ok and takes you around the apple trees and there’s nothing else to do. No activities for children at all no matter the age. :(
I've been on the hunt for some authentic apple butter this fall and i finally found it! It is so delicious!!!!! We also tried the cinnamon sugar donuts and of course the apple cider, yum. You won't be disappointed!
