Went through the drive thru and tried to order a caramel frappe. Said the machine was down. Asked for a smoothie, said both machines were down. Went through and the two cars in front of me had shakes and frappes for their orders so overall extremely disappointed with their service and attitude. Horrible staff tonight for lying and I know that machine was not "down" like they said.

Went through the drive thru at 10 pm. Ordered $20 worth of food. Waited 15 min for hot fries, which came out soggy, and all 3 cheeseburgers were made incorrect. Has happened numerous times at same location. Finally giving up!

The attitudes of the staff at the North Sioux City location suck. They are rude, disrespectful and have zero customer service skills. There is an older woman who works the drive thru during the day who is awesome. She is nice, respectful, courteous, happy and she smiles. There is a young long haired gentleman who works the late night hours, he is awesome. Great customer service skills, respectful, courteous and he smiles! That's it!

Came through lastnight and ordered $20 worth of food. My french fries in the meal were half full, cheeseburger was made with 2 bottom buns, and to top it off- my child's happy meal didn't have any fries at all! What a way to ruin a kids night. Tried calling multiple times with the phone off the hook. Won't go to this McDonald's again. Waste of money!

Had sausage mcmuffin combo and 2breakfast burritos cost over 14 dollars and gave me diarrhea!only thing I could eat was breakfast there now won't even it that!don't know what they are doing to their food but it makes me feel sick every time I eat the garbage!
