Probably the nicest Arby's I've been to traveling coast to coast. The staff were the friendliest I encountered at any restaurant or fast food place I've been to in Rapid and had zero complaints about my orders. I came in 3 times in one week and the lady working the counter remembered my name. Kudos to the employees and franchisee.

Almost $19.00 for one large meal and two sliders Togo.I get home and this is what I have. An x small French fry when I paid for large. A pathetic sandwich with what I can only assume to be rotten cheese. One, about the size of my pinky, piece of bacon. This is a turkey and bacon ranch sandwich by the way. No ranch and no tomato.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. The food is quite good for a fast food place. There's a competitor nearby (name starts with an M) that was busier. I've had their food. Arby's is better IMHO.

This place was just a hot mess. The soda machine was broke and didn't have any ice. No signs, nothing to let people know. I asked the young man for ice from drive through and it was a inconvienance to him. You pay 15 dollars for a medium meal( didn't even get the right cup size), and you can't enjoy it. :( The tables were gross, food all over the floor. They where busy and I understand they need help but a restaurant should not be that gross. There was no management, no communication. Just a poorly ran establishment. The young lady at the register had a serious attitude problem. They need help and better leadership. I won't be back. The Arby's by Watiki is 100% better!
