First time being here and came on a Sunday night. My husband and I had an impromptu date night while waiting for the other 3 that were on vacation with us to do their own thing. We had a fantastic time! I 100% recommend this place. We didn't have any wine, but the guy working (owner?) was super knowledgeable and was all around a really cool guy to periodically b.s with. The food was so delicious (Jeff's bruschetta and Greek flatbread). The Edison bulbs and the music created a great atmosphere. If my husband and I didn't live on the west side of the state, we'd be a regulars.

Went to spend my birthday and the vibes were vibing! The place is cozy, relaxed, everyone is as in their zone. I absolutely loved the food. My husband and I had a mushroom and chicken Flatbreads and they were to die for! The service was kind and helpful. We also loved the selection of wines they have, as well as beers. The staff is super knowledgeable on their products.
We love aomw of the appetizers here and have a good variety of beer. Service left something to be desired.

Not actually Tapas. If you are going here to expect tapas, you won't find any. They do have good food, a great wine selection, and good ambiance, but it's primarily flatbreads (pizzas), which are very over done in Rapid City. The Bin flatbread is a copycat of independent Ale House's Bob's Popper pizza. I enjoy Bin 605, but I just wish they did actual authentic tapas, like Barcelona Wine Bar in Denver or Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! in Chicago. The service has always been good, and the outside patio is nice. When they first opened in Rapid City, I was so excited that they advertised being a Tapas Bar, finally something different!... but they aren't. I primarily go here for the good wine selection, as they do a great job with their wine.
