I went in to the store the day before Christmas eve at 7pm, the store was empty, no one in the drive thru and I waited inside at the counter for around 5 minutes. The woman behind the counter looked at me and turned around and wouldn't acknowledge me (no Hello or I'll be there in a moment), just ignored me and kept working on a single food order. The ice cream maker was already shut down & cleaned out, not to mention there was only one person in the lobby waiting for his food. The inside of the store gives off "Murder Cafe" vibes

The menu for the kids meal says you get a side (fries or applesauce) and a treat (applesauce or soft serve) they refused to give me a treat because "it's not in the computer". I showed the manager where it says it on the menu, and she agreed it was there but still wouldn't give me the treat that should go with it. If it's on the menu, it should come with the meal.

They have two drive through lanes that merge into one and several times in the past they've lost track of which side was next. I happen to hate that, it's one of the most frustrating things to happen at a drive through. It's much more pleasant if you just go inside for this one.Kid-friendliness: They have a massive play section with some slides and stuff.

Yes, it's "Fast Food" but this is Amazing Fast Food. Seriously been eating here for years and they've never screwed up my order, food is always fresh and service is prompt. Staff is pleasant enough. I'm a drive through type of person so no clue on how the lobby is but it's the only Burger King in Rapid city that I eat at....... With that said I eat here often ✌️
