We had an awesome time, the room was great and the staff were very friendly and outgoing. We ate at the restaurant the food was delicious and amazing portions and great price. We will be back.Rooms: 5/5
The front desk check in staff was very nice and accommodating. The hallways had huge stains on the carpeting. The room was not overly clean, like I had to wipe the toilet and there was a penny in the bowl. The sofa sleeper bedding was dirty so I went to get new at the front desk. She was so nice to suggest and give us an extra comforter to go under the fitted sheet for extra padding as the mattress is really bad. The regular beds were fairly comfortable. We stayed 5 nights when we unexpectedly were stuck in Rapid City. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to take care of any special requests we had during our stay. Beds were comfortable, breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic and the woman who cooked for us really was the best at meeting our special dietary needs. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
