Good affordable food. Good margaritas. Nice and social staff. It's in a hotel. if your GPS has you pulling into a hotel, you're in the right place. I think we paid ~$70 with including tip for two entrees and two margaritas. Good value, good time.
How hard is a new restaurant start up??? Not hard When you have the best Colorado Chili Verde around.. Mexican candy shots that are out of this world... and an owner that has a big vision. We went for the tacos right... All you can eat tacos chicken or seasoned beef... outstanding grilled tacos. While the grilled tacos were new and delight. Colorado chili Verde was great! This place is gonna go somewhere....

Definitely different, it’s in a hotel ( with a separate entrance) our service Mika was fast and the drinks omg!! The best Malibu rum, pineapple with a twist of lime, I had a cheese quesadilla and she noticed I didn’t eat meat and gave me a double side of their delicious rice, husband had the grilled cheese ( with a twist!) he said it was one of the BEST GRILLED CHEESES he has ever had! 5 stars across the board!
