Had a wonderful night celebrating retirement with surprise family and friends. The private venue at Hay Camp was perfect. The staff were amazing. The dog friendly venue is a new favorite ?

Dropped in just after opening and was readily welcomed and served by Dillon. The ambiance was great, and the decor very interesting. Their El Dorado is a delightful ale which combines pale-ale-like hoppiness with a perfect amber colored beer with caramel malt flavor. Curiously, the aroma reminds of a lager-like skunkiness (in a very good way) and the effect is like having the complexity of a great ale AND the cleanness of a great dark lager. I topped off the afternoon with a 4-oz Transcendance, which was delightful whiskey-barrel aged stout. Very nice! I’ll be back.

Good space, friendly staff, and a wide variety of beers. The sours and hazy IPAs were pretty good.

Located in the heart of downtown Rapid City, you got to stop by. Cozy atmosphere and good beer to share with friends. I tried the Ambrosia, El Dorado, El Fiz and the Czech, Please... Funny names for good, quality brews. Try a flight, you won't be disappointed.

Hay Camp is a wonderful location for a small reception. Emily worked with us to make my husband's retirement party (on a Monday afternoon) a memorial event! The Commons Room is a great and I love the big windows and natural light! The beer choices were perfect for our guests and we were able to bring along popcorn for snacking. Thanks to everyone for making our event perfect!Tim and Jenny Behlings

Great place. Beer was good and the bartender gave us a list of other breweries to check out.

During my trip to rapid city to move my son out there we went here for local craft beer. Amazing atmosphere.

Awesome brewery a block away from The Alex. Flights of 3 and lots of brews to choose from. Plenty of seating and I believe dog friendly-- saw a dog inside while we were there. Really enjoyed the Dunkel Baby Billy (Righteous Gemstones lol) and Cliche Hazy. Great service too!

We tried five different beers and they were all absolutely delicious! My pup loved being able to join as well. Definitely a great spot to try!

Excellent service! Very friendly staff and a nice selection of craft beers. Nice atmosphere to relax and have a beer and has a small patio.

Pretty ok place, went for trivia (great host!!! Jeffery) besides that the service was not super great. I'm guessing the bartenders pool tips because we had a few different people serve us throughout the night.

Not much of a beer drinker myself but went with family and really enjoyed the Dino-Sour (pictured). The decor was lovely and very welcoming

Interesting decor. Looked like they were getting ready for some sort of gathering, but I was the only one there. Centennial IPA was refreshing after having done a short hike on the centennial trail.
