Showed up without a reservation in a November snowstorm and ended up with a large king room on the 8th floor with a view of downtown Rapid City. Reallt helpful and friendly staff at check-in. The room is huge with comfortable bed and sofa in sitting area. TV could be a little larger - just based on the size of the room. Complementary bottled water in the room is a nice touch. Great experience. Coffee maker had water handy for a cup of tea before bed. Everything in our room was handy for each task. Easy access to charge our phones. Free Breakfast (excellent omelette) with the waitress serving every need. Beautiful surroundings. Superb price.Rooms: 5/5

Overall we had a good stay. It was clean quiet and comfortable. The rooms could use a little updating.The food from room service was good and the restaurant inside the hotel had a good breakfast and the service was good.
