They were out of oil !!! They are always out of something. One time, it was the bread!!! Really? Doesnt make a difference what location either.

Food is good, staff was professional, but seemed like they all hated their lives. The place was clean and empty. Pretty sure the dollar store next door was being robbed while we were there. The food is expensive - bend over and breathe deep.Parking: Always open parking in this lot.

Arrived for a pickup order around 630pm, upon entering the establishment the atmosphere was unwelcoming and def not a place I'd stay to eat at. I walked up to the counter and a young man and young woman were both making sandwiches while another working was dealing with customers at the drivethrough window. None of the employees greeted me even though I was standing mere feet from the two making sandwiches and both had seen me neither greeted me not so much as a hi. After a couple of mins the women walked up to the register without saying a word. I as the customer had to greet her before she even said hi. I explained I was there to get a pickup order when she went to get it the sandwich were made and wrapped however, none of the sides were ready and nothing was bagged to go. Further waiting for them to complete my order ensued. The food was subpar, the meal was a jalapeño wrap, this meal consisted of almost no real flavor resulting in a very bland meal. The wrap had more "heat" albeit little heat being jalapeños than flavor making it overall unappetizing. The cookie was ultra processed and tasted like something from a vending machince.Overall I give this establishment 2 stars. Uninviting atmosphere where employees seem to dislike their work, not wanting to interact with customers. The food is bland and without real flavor, tasting more like vending machince or gas station meals than a actual food establishment. There are better options nearby that I would recommend for subs.

I love JJ's... if I go inside to order. Not kidding - going through the drive through, I've only had my order correct TWICE. Seriously.. just tell them to make you a random fing sub because you will not get what you ordered. In fact.. if you can-avoid the drive though all together, do so. Why would I order croutons on a sub sandwich!?!? How does that even sound like Grey Poupon?

Thanks for the soggy sandwich that was delivered and the rude female delivery driver who walked away before i could hand over her cash tip with an aggressively circled $0 tip on the receipt . not everyone tips via card. next time you might find that with better customer service skills, youll get more money.

Great subs. Fast. Great service. “Austin” behind the counter could not have been nicer or more helpful.
