Tonight I was at the Little Ceasars in Rapid City on West Main. It was packed!! And it was being run by all teenage boys. If there was an adult (or someone over 21) working I did not see them. But those young men had it under control! These guys were SO polite, professional, and handling the dinner rush like it was nothing. But I witnessed something so sweet from one of the employees and I need someone to find his momma or whoever is raising him and tell them that they are doing a fantastic job. A kid (probably 9-10ish) came into order and it took him awhile to decide, then once he did order, his giftcard wouldn’t work. He tried so many ways and a lady waiting tried to help him too. Then one of the employees (I’m told his name is Landon) pulled out his own wallet and paid for it since they couldn’t get the gift card to work. It was so sweet and touching and not something the employee had to do by any means! Huge shout out to this whole crew! They were amazing tonight! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stopped in last week Sunday. Asked for a lunch meal deal which are 5.99 plus tax. Kid charged me 9.88 or somethin and I was confused. Few cents back and I’m like so that’s almost ten dollars? Price spike? And he said yea. Handed me the pizza and I was on my way still confused. Upon further inspection of pizza it wasn’t fresh. It was somewhat warm. Edible I guess. Didn’t think anything of the price until I just stopped at another lol Caesar’s for a pizza tonight. A whole deep dish pizza which cost the same. Hopefully you guys let your staff know about your pricing. I’ve always had great service from this place until this time. No need for a refund or anything just please let your staff know not to overcharge on your menu and just send people out the door thats not ok. Otherwise always been great to me at this location.

Ordered Detroit style deep dish meal deal with a 2 litter Pepsi thru door dash did not get the 2 litter the door dash driver does not accept responsibility for not picking up or checking that the order is correct and little chasers refuses to answer their phone this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY 2 COMPANIES IN RAPID CITY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH EITHER ONE
