Last night we decided to have my daughters birthday dinner here, we have not been here in many years. Getting seated and everything goes great and we all were excited about our food order. 45 minuets later we received our entire meal... the salads served with our main course??What??? When I told the waitress she said sorry she didn't know what happened. That sucked not only did we have to try and eat salads fast we had so many plates on the table was uncomfortable. The sirloin was cooked close to right and he was trying to eat it with his salad so it wouldnt get cold but it already was.. a COLD steak? We all trsted our meals and my grilled cheese was cold and missing the onions and tomatoes. The cheese wasn't even melted. The burgers were cold, 1 was missing toppings. I think they got the food done and it sat back there until someone noticed.. then they made the fries (cuz those were hot) and then had to bring out our food. We told the server the steak was cold and she said sorry she would let the kitchen know. We ate our food except the grilled cheese, because we were hungry and tired of waiting. Not sure what happened but no manager came to speak with us. We will not be back again and this story will be spread all around as it was so disappointing in the end. They gave us 25% off everything and didn't charge us for our 4 sodas. A $26 Cold Steak??? I don't think so. I think management should have been to the table.. they should have tried to fix our food instead of just saying sorry. Well we are sorry too because we keep telling this disappointing story.
My wife and I were traveling lately and stopped in for lunch based only on a Google search. We both thought the place was fantastic! Nice atmosphere. She had a Prime Rib au jus and Carrot Cake. I had the Buffalo Meat Loaf and the Flourless Chocolate Cake. Everything was amazing. The restaurant was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service perfect! Our server, Grace S, was amazing! She took great care of us. She was knowledgeable and very attentive. I asked her to suggest a good local beer. After asking me what I liked, she brought a great beer. Their musical choices were stellar! I doubt we will ever drive through that area and not stop in.
I would never recommend booking the back room for an event. I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review but in this situation I think others should be warned. I reserved the back room 5 months ago and confirmed 3 months ago of the booking. We were supposed to have a surprise party in the back room Saint Patrick's day weekend, for some reason I had a gut feeling I should confirm again being one month out and boy am I glad I did. When I called the restaurant I was informed that I had no reservation, after speaking with the manager she informed me that they had to cancel my reservation due to it being Saint Patricks day weekend and they would be busy. I NEVER received notice of the cancellation and if I hadn’t reached out the surprise party would have been ruined. She said a simple sorry that was not genuine and hung up. Super disappointed with how this situation was handled and I will never give this restaurant my business again.

I’ve never left a review for any establishment before, but Ari (Arya?) was by far the best waitress I’ve ever had at any restaurant and definitely needs a raise. Food was amazing as always but would 100% become a regular at this restaurant just to hang out with
