After a long morning into afternoon at hospital, went for a meal and was very satisfied with Server, her prompt response to any questions, and the food was as ordered and delicious. Thank You all for making a rough day a bit nicer for a few minutes.

We sat down to eat 2 muffins today and when I went to pay I noticed that the muffins were buy 3 get 3 so I decided to go that route, this confused the cashier beyond belief. She couldn't understand that instead off giving us 6 since we already ate 2 that she would give us 4 to go. It held everyone up to pay and be seated. Please train your employees.

Very rude customer service. We were waiting to be sat for at least 5 mins. I’m assuming the night time manager came out and said that it would be 5 to 10 mins. My friend didn’t hear him and asked him to repeat himself and he put his hands in a cup formation and yelled 5-10 mins close to his face. Super super rude. Shocked and will never be back. It is not hard to be nice and respectful. If he would have just repeated in a normal tone we would have waited.

Stopped at this restaurant to eat around 5pm. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and we had a party of 7. We were told we cannot be served because our party was to big. My wife said we can just wait and he was rude and said we cannot serve you. I understand they probably did not have enough staff but we were willing to have a seat and wait. He was kind of rude to us.

The biggest complaint is there was only 1 server on duty. Food was spot on, hot, and quick. I would have like more than 1 glass of water.

Dude working did not greet us just walked around and said I won’t seat more than four people when we just said we want a single pie and we are gone and he wouldn’t listen to a word we said. Also said that you close in 15 minutes when it was an hour from closing Ik that bc I go to Perkins regularly and normally enjoy the service but this time it was different and it’s turned me away from them.
We were waited on by Melissa (I believe that is her name). She was very friendly, all smiles, checked on us a couple times during the meal. Menu didn't have the all-veggie omelet I like to order (unless you did the 99 cent per item omelet) so she suggested the one that everything including ham and replaced the ham with the veggie of my choice (avocado). Also, since I didn't want toast, she said she could do fresh fruit instead. No cost for substitutions which many restaurants do and the cook who prepared mine and my husband's breakfasts, did them perfectly. My only wish is that more restaurants would offer gluten sensitive items like toast and pancakes. I don't mind paying extra for that. However, like I said, the fresh fruit was a great option.

We were treated very rude by hostess on Mt Rushmore road he said we won’t be seating any large tables he didn’t take the time to explain his help didn’t show up during LNI we were just looking for a place to drink hot chocolate and eat pie .I was glad I asked to speak to the manager after speaking on the phone it was the same guy who had greeted us..He was having such a hard time but the Native American man was doing all he could to make work happen he was running the whole show..because his waitress called she said she’d show up and didn’t..Hats off to this manager for giving all you got ..people could learn a lot from your work ethics young man ❤️

I had the meatloaf dinner that was hot and good. Wife ordered the pork chop dinner. One pork chop was not properly cooked. The manager discounted the dinner $1.00. We will not be back.

Seemed to be short on help. Long wait for waitress and also the food once i was able to put order in. Was a busy lunchtime. Potatoe pancakes were overcooked. All most burnt. Usually, it's better quality than today.Parking: Sufficient parking is available even during busy times.
I had ordered a BLT and it had almost no bacon. Went back and had breakfast. Ordered the spinach eggs Benedict w/hashbrowns. They tasted fine, but I got really sick later for the rest of the day and night. Not cool. No one should get sick, especially for the prices they now charge.
