This place is great for birthday parties! We had one for my son today and were very pleased with the experience. The kids had a great time, the staff was courteous and helpful, and most importantly, my son said it was the best birthday party ever. The price was nice, too!

I've been bowling leagues here since I was 8. Great establishment, helpful employees. Dana is great in pro shop. I was expecting to have to get my bowling ball plugged and re-drilled but he was able to manipulate the thumb hole and change the finger plugs right then and there. I'd recommended them 100% in finding new equipment or rejuvenating used.

Went to the sexy bingo they host on Wednesdays (which was very fun itself) and was told by the lady taking our orders that we had to put a card on our tab, asked if I could just pay in cash but was told they had to have one so I gave her one. End of the night came along and was given my card back alongside the receipt, thought okay I didn't sign the receipt so they can't charge it so I gave them $25 in cash for my $18 I owed. Later down the week I checked my credit account and they still charged the $18! Was rightfully upset so I called them asking if I could get that refunded on my card but was told I needed to get a physical bank statement printed out showing the charge. Just a massive headache for something that shouldn't have been a problem.

Use to come here 3 years ago for 2 1/2 years. Still do, but not as much as i use to . Use to work close by. Gone on my lunch breaks. The lady Karen is wonderful but when she isn't working my order is always messed up.. ordered twice yesterday. Gone for lunch an they almost didn't give me drink I've ordered with my food. Gone for supper last night an wasn't given my extra fries. Both times Karen wasn't working. She is wonderful an always gets my orders right. Gotta to figure out her schedule an go when she's working .. love the place. And love the food. ...

Ordered a hamburger and onion rings. The menu said it came with lettuce, tomato, onion. When it was served it was a pattie and bun. I thought maybe they sent out a kid burger by mistake. So I ate it. I was charged $7 for it. I asked to have the charges changed and was told the manager had to approve it. The manager hid until we could not wait any longer. What a waste!! NEVER AGAIN. It is there policy to not add the items on the menu unless you order a deluxe. But they don't tell you and then they don't want to make it right.
