The workers are polite and nice and im not knocking them for the franchise failures however everytime I order the store is always out of multiple things. Subway is making a name with me, I feel like it is called Subway because every sandwich I order I have to sub something or go without something or just get something diffrent all togather. Also the app and the store dont link up, it allows you to order things not available like the pizza sub. I hope as a franchise you figure out how to stock items and make the app only offer available items.

Normally I wouldnt make a negative post. I try really hard to find something nice to say. That said, the subway across from the Baymont Hotel in Rapid City S.D. is shockingly filthy. I wouldnt send anyone to that location.

We ordered three subs. One was just a giant glob of mayo between two pieces of toasted bread and this is the third time it’s happened. The next one was just a giant glob of ranch between two pieces of toasted bread and the third was just a mountain of onions between two pieces of toasted bread. DO NOT EAT AT THIS SUBWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE LARGE AMOUNTS OF NASTY CONDIMENTS.

Only been here a couple times, but the employees did a great job. Came two nights in a row and the guy recognized me. They made our food just the way we wanted. They worked pretty fast as a team and were professional. Everything tasted fresh and had a good amount in it too. I'll keep coming back.

Edit: after going into the store to notify them of the issue I got yelled at by the female employee who didn’t warm the meat up properly and she told me I should’ve said I wanted the meat fully cooked and not just toatsed. I guess I thought that was the same thing since you can’t eat uncooked meat. Employee was super unprofessional.The manager did give me a refund and was very apologetic and extremely nice the entire time.IOrdered a footlong blt and wanted just the bacon toasted. The worker pulled it out before the timer went off and the bacon is still frozen. Also ordered a sweet onion teriyaki footlong and didn’t want the bread toasted and they never warmed up the chicken when we said something about the chicken the workers looks at us like we were stupid and still did not warm the chicken up.

Went through the drive thru and my sandwich’s were made wrong, put a bunch of stuff on them we did not want and did not toast the sandwiches, when we went inside the lady had a horrible attitude said she would show us the tickets of the sandwich’s and we said we would like to see it then very rudely said that she would just remake it and, told us that we should have told her at the window that we didn’t want them because they already came on the sandwich when we put on there only the veggie we wanted. She then said with attitude that if we couldn’t order correctly then we need to come inside.

Condescending and rude.Went to the drive thru order a sub got home and realized none of the veggies I put on were there. Dude at the counter said “if you don’t put them on the machine we won’t know” bruh I know I SAW it selected. Don’t tell me I’m doing it wrong literally just put the lettuce on the sandwich. Didn’t wanna make a scene I just wanted my toppings. Once I got the sandwich it tasted just fine.

Customer service could be greatly improved.Ialso did not get my full order. Missing a drink too.The guy was so worried about being rude to me because I took my card out a little early since I couldn't see the machine from my car. That they failed to complete my full order.It's disappointing because there isn't another subway on this side of town, but I won't be returning.

Hands down the most disgusting restaurant experience I have ever had. Everything from the tables, floor, and food prep counter were covered in food refuse that had been there long enough for the mayo to dry. My wife has a food allergy and asked the worker to change his gloves so she wouldn't get sick from cross contamination of ingredients, which the worker gladly did after removing his ear buds and asking "whhaaattttt". However, after making her sandwich (and mine), he pressed the ingredients of our sandwiches in the pocket of the bread with a knife that appeared to have not been washed since Jarred had his first garden sub. Oh, and that bread didn't need to be toasted because it must have sat out on a counter for 3 days to get that crunchy. If you want a better dining experience than I had try a walmart dumpster, or at least someplace that has some adult oversight. Oh, there isn't a negative rating....
