Worst experience ever waited in the drive thru for 20 min just to get the wrong order. Went inside to get my right order and everyone working was just a mess and didn't know what they were doing. They didn't even apologize.... never ever going back.... unsatisfied

First things first, I love this place as a girl with Celiac Disease. I eat here all the time.Your night crew tonight (3/7 10:30ish PM) made one of the best orders we’ve ever had! Everything looked just like it does on the menu. We had a long day, so it was even more appreciated. Y’all are always awesome and I thank you!

The order was marked ready for pick up and it wasn’t cause they didn’t even start it yet and then I watched them make other food while I stood here for more than 10 minutes waiting on food that was marked ready. Delivery drivers don’t get a hourly wage so stop lying about food being ready!! I will never eat here or deliver from here again.

Super hit or miss here on if your gonna get the correct food. Mostly miss. I probably get my correct order 10% of the time. Employees are too busy talking to care for someone at the register. Spent a total of 20min inside of the restaurant. 2 min ordering on the kiosk. 7 min waiting for someone to come to the register so I could pay. And the rest of the time waiting for my food. Just to get home and have 4/5 food items be incorrect.If you want to get taco bell during the day go here. They are better during the day. During the night? Go to Mount Rushmore road instead.

DO NOT come here at night. The people that work nights here have no idea what they are doing.I ordered a quesadilla (with extra sauce). I pay for the extra sauce and ask for it because usually the quesadillas come out messed up anyways. Instead of extra sauce they barley gave me light sauce if that. Not to mention the cheese wasn’t even melted. I should’ve stayed home and threw raw chicken, cheese, and a squirt of sauce on a tortilla and ate it.I ordered a nacho fries large. It came half empty, at that point I paid for a large and got a small.The person taking the order is very dirty and should not be working with food in general.There’s a taco johns right across the street, go there instead of this terrible place.

Went in to get breakfast with a buddy of mine, the floors and rugs in the lobby were covered in filth and the bathrooms were even worse. We waited probably 10-15 minutes for our food and when it came out it was poorly made, and the wrapping was even worse. All of this I could have excused if it wasn't for the "show" that happened behind the counter. We watched as the nice young lady running drive-thru alone (with a smile on her face), and who had also taken our order, was screamed at and berated by who I think was the manager to the point where she quit on the spot and left in tears. I never leave reviews, but I had to bring this to attention because if you're going to treat someone who is working that hard by herself like THAT than YOU obviously should not be employed. I have been milling over this all day and I just can't get over it. She deserves better than that and I hope whoever is in charge that sees this makes it right.
If there would be a 0 star that would be it! I can 1 star is too much for you guys ! Messed up order is understandable but not apology nor offer new food is unacceptable. Oh yeah on top of that hanging up on my face was amazing. I’m done with Taco Bell for real. This place consistently forgets or messes up orders, anytime we think maybe we should try Taco Bell again it never fails, we ordered food tonight 11-25-23 through the Taco Bell and and I show up there and the guy hands me a tiny bag with fries in it... that was not mine... I waited for the box and 2 burritos. After this I checked that nothing was missing then drove home thinking wow I'm lucky. Well as you can tell my luck was misplaced since I got home and opened up the items to find them missing ingredients the chalupa has nothing but a little meet and lettuce. No supreme on the Taco either. Our 2 grilled cheese burritos were flat and basically nothing on the inside. We called them to ask what happened and yes we were upset because the guy who refused to give his name says things like I made it "right". Yes he didn't and he hung up on us after we said we would take photos to his manager. They are always rude through drive through at night at this location and never fails to disappoint. Highly recommend going to another location in Rapid City.

This Taco Bell will get your order wrong 9 times out of 10. Missing items, ask for no tomato, heck no you're getting tomatoes, ask for no spicy sauce on something, nope just deal with it. Last visit kitchen area was obviously filthy. My kids always want to eat here I told them no more while I'm with them.
