Nice restaurant right in town. Service was good. Ordered the duck which was all on the bone and a pain to eat. Husband ordered the walleye which was very good. Did not have dessert. I recommend this restaurant though I thought it was expensive and not worth the money.
Visiting Rapid City and saw reviews so we stopped in on a Wednesday night. Energetic spot, make reservations, probably only seats about 50 people. The food is fantastic and the Michelin chef style is impressive. We enjoyed our meal so much we returned Thursday. The first night we had pheasant and blueberry bison filet mignon. The second night we ordered a 1/2 pound bison burger and the bison marsala in balsamic reduction with linguine. The presentations are nicely done and the wait staff is attentive. The wine pricing is very reasonable compared to most restaurants. On the second night we ate early to catch the World Series and they have happy hour on wine(and drinks), bogo, until 6pm. Generous pour, too, I might add! I highly recommend this restaurant.
My favorite place to stop while doing a cross country trip. This time around its wasn't up to my expectations. We both tried the vegetables linguine pasta :(. It did mentioned spicy but this was another level. The selections of vegetables was weird but were way TOO COOKED.
Food was absolutely fantastic. Andy, our server, was so nice and very willing to offer suggestions when we asked! It was an amazing experience as always!
Stopped on the way through town. Fantastic decision. Customer service was great from start to finish. We chose the two course surprise dish option and have no regrets. Both looked beautiful and tasted amazing.
Love this place, great food, amazing service, great ambiance
We adore this place. 2nd time here and once again, very impressed. I am vegan and there are not many options in this area for me. They have a vegan pasta OR you can ask for the daily vegan meal. Both times the vegan meal was delicious and not a portobello mushroom in sight (IYKYK) Husband loved his non-vegan meals no complaints! Service is great and ambience is very nice. Highly recommend
Good food. Excellent waiter (Andy).
We enjoyed breakfast at Tally’s based on a recommendation from our AirBnb host; we loved it! There were great choices including some upscale choices. What impressed us even more was the quality of the employees. Our service was great, but we witnessed a generosity of spirit and a collaborative nature that sets this establishment apart.
The mushroom dâjour was amazing; delicious food all around; lovely artistic presentation; and nice wine selections.
We had been trying to get a reservation for 3 days, and now we know why. We had 2 starters, the buratta and a pork brillette. The latter was a bit too salty for our taste, but good. I had the foie Gras, which was seared perfectly. For mains we had the bison and pheasant, both excellent. We had glasses of Chehalem Pinot Noirs, which were great. We’re going again later this week, which says it all.
Another find on our travels through the mid west. Great food and service. Great for that person who has to be gluten free. Many thanks
Outstanding dinner! The sweet potato soup was my favorite part. We also had the bison, which my husband said was the best he's ever eaten. I had the pheasant & stuffing; absolutely delicious! This is our favorite place for breakfast & dinner in Rapid City. The service is always on point.
It started out well, but that ended with the raw pheasant After a forty minute wait. When I showed it to the waitress she said thatâs how they always cooked it. She later apologized, comped me a glass of wine and some Crunchy carbonara. Really just wanted a good meal. The other entrees looked really goodâ¦.
Waiter was awesome! Food was really good too!
