Amazing scoop store with delicious ice cream. I had the peanut butter ice cream with Oreos and caramel; it was fantastic. A mini scoop is generous.

I had one piece of cookie dough in my cookie dough ice cream that was claimed to be “loaded with cookie dough.” Disappointed

I LOVE the Cow and Spoon!! The Stensland Ice Cream is so rich and creamy! The ice cream sandwiches are shareable size… but who wants to do that! Especially nice to have a place to sit and eat ice cream with the littles!!! And… owners are SUPER FRIENDLY and oh so thoughtful!!❤️

Came here today as it was their first day open. They were really quick, and I loved that they took cards (the old ice cream shop only took cash and check, so a lot of college students wouldn't go). The waffle cones were made fresh and they were thin enough that it wasn't stiff. I loved that they also put the waffle cone in a cup so it was easier to eat! The ice cream was creamy and it was so good!! A small waffle cone was $5.50, but I was willing to pay that much since it was a waffle cone. They also had a sitting area behind the building with music and it was in the shade, which was great since it was in the 90s! I can't wait to come more often, my new go-to place for ice cream in town!

Cow and Spoon is wonderful! My boyfriend and I went today to check it out and decided it has to be a weekly event for us. There are several different flavors for whatever mood you’re in, they are gluten and vegan friendly, and the staff is SUPER personable and kind. I tried Strawberry Fields with a waffle cone and was over the moon. The prices are incredibly fair for the product you are receiving. I cannot wait to go again next week!

It’s so great to have our very own ice cream shop in Vermillion: Cow & Spoon. I like that you can grab ice cream right across from the movie theater and then walk around downtown. I tried the Mounds flavor tonight, because I love coconut flavor… and I kid you not, it’s like biting into a Mounds chocolate bar, right down to the shreds of coconut. Incredible. There were about 15 or 16 people crowded around the window, but fortunately they had not run out of the Mounds flavor. I hope they keep it around for a while. I got two other scoops as well, “wake up call (espresso)” and “gravel travel,” which is salted peanut butter with Oreo chunks and caramel swirl. That might not sound like a typical combo, but it was heavenly. Anyway, I’ve made it a tradition to go there once or twice a week for a while now. it’s something great to look forward to, especially since the staff is so friendly.
