Heard all good things about this place and that made it seem worth the 45 minute wait that they estimated. But after an HOUR AND 45 MINUTES we still hadn't gotten our order. When we asked if our food would be ready anytime soon they said, "We have no idea." We had to leave to make it to something we had reservations for and never got our food. People who showed up after us were getting their orders. Couldn't go back and ask for a refund/our order we never got because they were closed by the time we got back. Might be really good but we'll never know...
I'm not sure why "quick bite" and "fast service" are two of the three main descriptors of this place. My GF and I stopped in with a good hour to spare before we had to head to the airport, and after waiting 15 minutes to order our simple biscuits and gravy items it took a whopping 45 minutes for our name to be called. Because we were now rushed to get to the airport we had to wait to eat our food. I suppose it was pretty good for batting lukewarm, but just head-scratching as to why it took so long, and ultimately the main reason for a low rating. There were probably 20 or so people awkwardly waiting for their food on the sidewalk outside the restaurant because it's so small and packed inside. They have a fairly small and straightforward food menu (biscuits, gravy, meat, cheese) so I can't understand why it takes so long.
Great breakfast spot the hot mess is incredible. I added onions and it was the best of all the menu options in one. Easily enough to be sharable. The B****wich was kinda average. No overwhelming flair or flavor.
Wow, looking for an awesome breakfast? Look no farther, you have found your spot. The line can be long, but it is worth every second.
Pretty disappointed. We walked and showed up almost an hour before they closed, yet they already had their closed sign up and the staff were seemingly just hanging out. I've heard great things about this place, but it didn't seem like we would have a chance to try it. We waited around a bit to see what would happen, but at 1:30 (they supposedly close at 2) we decided to go down the road to Bacco. Not sure why a business would have their closed sign with their hours posted up an hour before they close. Long story short, save your time and frustration and just go down the road to a different breakfast joint.

Excellent food in a modern, clean, atmosphere. If you are vegetarian (or even if you aren't) this place is a must go. They serve American mock meat which distinguishes them from many other vegetarian restaurants which are primarily Asian cuisine. Items on the menu with boxes around them are the most popular and the best. Strawberry lemonade is the freshest and most refreshing I have ever tasted! Would definitely come again!
For folks like me who like to watch what they eat and prefer to eat a lot of veggies - this place is the best in town. The quality of food, ingredients and taste is consistently good. The seasonal dishes are excellent and so are the regular menu items including burgers, bowls and salads. Sides like the Chargrilled Street Corn, Crispy Cauliflower and sweet potato fries are unique and super tasty. The portion sizes are usually generous though for some dishes you may need to get a side to fill up.
Great tasting food. The only thing I didn't like was having staff sweep up dirt next to me while I'm eating. I find that to be unsanitary, wait until there is no one in the area before you sweep, please.
Nice place in Santana Road where one can have vegan food. Good option for vegetarian. Try their buffalo wings a bit salty but tasty. I always order one. Its got good ambience and nice seating as well.
They really need to work on the cleanliness of the restaurant and laziness of staff... Maybe the quality of the food, maybe the layout of the restaurant, and most definitely making sure your staff speaks to their customers who come to them for help or questions. I stood at the register to no avail of an employee coming to help me. I see several girls standing around a computer talking to each other, too busy to help me apparently. I stood there for almost ten minutes before one of the three girls at the computer could stop to notice me. So unprofessional to discuss customers in front of them and I will be writing corporate. Watch out for the rats too! I have seen one running from the hallway in the early afternoon waiting in line for the singular bathroom with the broken door and poorly maintained cleanliness because they leave their back door open to what I'm guessing by the smell is a garbage? Also, I have never been so appalled by the service of the employees when I told them someone walked in on me in the restroom with some other key I didn't knew exist? This should not be my problem! Gross! Fix your disgusting restaurant and give me my tips back. Also where can I get my receipt since the cashier didn't give it to me? I didn't tip ten dollars... but especially would not for your awful cashier and moldy sandwich.

I liked my pizza with pepperoni, mild sausage and ground beef! Lovely thin crispy crust. The beer was also good. And not expensive, $13.70 for pizza and beer.
First timer and it was just what I wanted. I couldn't decide on the toppings so I ordered everything except anchovies, wax peppers and pineapple. And they have flavored San Pellegrino's which paired perfectly w the pizza.
Order a pizza from a place call Mad Pizza! Walked in to the doors of Mod Pizza expressing my situation of how I didn't get my pizza, The wonderful staff took it upon themselves to make a free pizza for my pregnant wife and I!! Awesome !!! Awesome!!! Awesome!!!
Great pizza! Crispy thin crust that holds up pretty well (and I don't usually like thin crust). As many toppings as you want for the same price too. Came around noon on a workday -- wait wasn't that long, which was nice. Good value! I'd recommend coming here. Love that they've got dairy-free cheese!
Judging purely off the taste of my pizza: 5/5, 100% would eat here again. Even the gluten-free dough met my expectations. However, do not order online. The experience was obviously much faster if you just came ahead of time, since they made it as you were ordering. The staff messed up a bunch of other little things, but they were generally nice. Mmm, pizza.

It was lovely. I got the cheeseburger and it was the best burger I have ever had. I think the parking lot could have been cleaner. Customer service was excellent. The cashiers eyelashes were a bit distracting but over all good. I am definitely coming back!
Classic Seattle burger joint famous for its fries, burgers, and shakes. I love how simplistic the menu is: four burger options, fries, three shake flavors and that's about it. The fries are super good. Cut in house and fried on the spot, they are perfectly crispy and delicious. The burgers are great for their simplicity too. You can choose to add some toppings, but their standard burger is delicious as is and I would actually recommend not altering it (except with the potential addition of onions). They're shakes we're surprisingly bomb. Really good way to top off the meal.
I love Dick's! The food is always hot and yummy! The employees there are always pleasant. Don't let the lines discourage you because they move very quickly.
It's cheap and convenient (look at those hours!) but honestly, that's it. I've tried the Deluxe burger, the fries and a strawberry shake and only the burger is decent. It's too small to be filling on its own, the fries are soggy and sparse and the strawberry shake tastes like vanilla. With that said, it's not awful, it's just something that has a lot of hype and is convenient if you're passing by and drunk in the early hours of the morning.
This Dick's is always busy, most of the day from open to close. They get through the lines really quickly which is great, and they take credit cards now! Always a fan favorite of getting some tartar sauce with your fries. All burgers come premade, no special requests - please don't be that person as we all have seen asking for no sauce or extra lettuce. Good price too for good quality burgers, fries and shakes.

Top notch service, insanely good food, and prices that can't be matched anywhere! Easily one of my favorite deli's of all time. Many years of success for this local gem.
Wow, I've been walking past this place for months never noticing a great, independent cafe with fresh, home-style cooking, amazing coffee and delicious bacon. With more and more places turning into corporatized chain restaurants, this is a refreshing change of pace with very reasonable prices. This is now my new weekend cafe spot.
Great food, good service, would visit again
Probably one of the hidden gems of downtown Seattle. A tiny family run shop with great food at a great price. Try one sandwich and you're hooked.
This is a great place to go for really good food at a fair price! The service we received was incredible! Even though you are supposed to put in your order at the front, the server came to our table and promptly took our order. She looked and acted pleasantly pleased that we were there and even took the time to greet my 14 month old daughter. Although they don't have highchairs, they were very tolerant of her walking around and being a toddler. We visit Seattle every year and I look forward to coming back to this restaurant!
