I was at DQ today and ordered 2 doubles with cheese in the drive threw . I went straight home and when I opened my cheese burgers there was only one piece of cheese on them ! In the picture outside where you oder shows 2 pieces of cheese ! Rip off I'll go to A&W to get my money's worth next time !

Had not been to DQ for years. Icecream was fine. Will not go there for a burger again. The meal came out so quick, patty was warm, cheese did not melt. There is no way that is was made after we ordered, only warmed up. Disappointed and will not go back, even though we drive through Kindersley a lot. Will choose another place.

If I could give zero stars I would, I got ice cream and he hands me a dirty spoon after he wiped it with a napkin, had food all over it, then my burgers were ice cold. How disgusting we will NEVER come here again.

Horrible customer service! The kid at the drive through window was downright rude. He shoved the debit machine out the window without telling us the price. We tap, and say thank you and he didn’t smile, say you’re welcome or give any acknowledgement. And our order wasn’t even correct. Do better. Hire workers who want to work. This has not been a one time only, it’s every time.

Going through the drive through, the kid don’t speak, he holds the debit machine out the window without saying the cost, you tap and say thank you and don’t get a smile or a you’re welcome, just attitude . Then you don’t even get what you ask for in the blizzard. Do better.
