Yes tonight I ordered from Beaks on Dewdney West and we were very disappointed in the meals we got as my wife ordered the Queso Mac and said there was no taste to it. I had the Strip Meal with Dill Mac Salad and dip, 1st they gave me the wrong dip as I ordered honey hot and got habenero hot, plus the chicken fingers were 1/2 the size from the last time I ordered from there. The dill Mac salad was very bland with no Dill flavor to it. We will no longer visiting Beaks anymore, maybe we'll give Chicken Tendees our business going forward.

Trash company. I have 2 gift cards. Each for $50, that say directly on the gift card they can be redeemed at either east or west location. I order from the west location last Friday and they refuse to honor the gift cards??? What kind of business are you running where you sell gift cards and refuse to honor them?? ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!

We ordered and thought it was a bit pricey, until the meal arrived. Way more food than expected for the price! My wife and I each ordered the chicken strip meal and we could have shared just one, as the strips were HUGE! That being said the chicken was moist throughout and not dry, a nice crispy outside too. Mac and cheese was good as was the Dilly Mac Salad. Absolutely recommend.

We got two chicken sandwiches and a side of Mac and cheese. The sandwiches were fine (nothing spectacular) and the Mac and cheese tasted like literal vomit. The total was 49.95, and I’d say it was NOT worth that. 3/5 for the sandwiches. 0/5 for the side.

West location - Dreadful service. One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. I was basically verbally abused for using the restroom before I ordered when there was clearly a public restroom with no signage not to use it. Then on top of it they were angry with me for coming into the restaurant 5 minutes after they allegedly closed even though the lights were on, the door was open, the hours not posted anywhere, AND the open light was on. I went back and talked to the owner to try to explain what happened and give them a chance to make it right….turns out the owner was the one who initiated the confrontation that night and took zero accountability. She even denied that it was her that was acting so terribly that night. I will never ever ever be back and I will be telling anybody I can never to eat there. Negative 10 stars.

The food was excellent. The portions are large, so you get your money's worth. One recommendation I would make would be to get your burger sauce on the side if you order take out, therwise, it will be sloppy.The service was Top shelf, warm welcome from the moment we walked in until we received our order and left.We didn't dine in, but from what I observed, it was clean & tidy. Hope you enjoy as much as I did.

This was hands down the worst fried chicken I have ever had. The meat tasted like it had expired days ago. The breading was soggy. There was no flavour on anything. Seemed like they didn’t even salt it. Fries were uncooked in the centre. I wouldn’t wish this food on my worst enemy. Do not eat here.
