Ordered the bacon double cheese burger with fries and gravy. The burger itself had no flavour and no sauce on the bun. The burger itself was dripping with grease. The only flavour was in the gravy and even that was a miss. While I was using the washroom, a server just walked in without knocking on the door to ensure no one was inside and no apologies either.

Haven't been to Applebee's in awhile, and after tonight's meal it'll probably be a long while again.Almost everyone's food was just warm, the one persons food that was hot came out ~10 minutes after everyone else's(although they did comp that meal). I had a French onion soup, which is routinely extra hot, it was also just barely warm, and while not the worst I've had, it would certainly rank close. Ordered a rare steak, came out as a medium, potatoes weren't even hot enough to melt the butter.Service was good and the resteraunt clean, just the food was a big let down.

Took almost 15 mins to even take our drink order, finally had to call someone over & ask if they were going to take our order. Bathroom was so gross & dirty I wrote clean me in the dust on the doors! Food was midocre. I wouldn't likely come

Waited over an hour for drinks, asked for a double and they quite literally doubled the side of the drink because who tf wants a double shot. Waited over an hour for food. Server never came and checked up on us. Steak was delicious, 4 cheese macaroni was cold and bland. Same with the mashed potatoes. Don’t know if they were short staffed but I’ve been in the restaurant for the last 3.5 hours.
