Dislocation is a little tired, a little old, could use some renovation updates. The food was good, the service was okay, but it was very cold inside. We were our jackets until the food came.Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian and vegan options, not specific meals but modifications were made to regular orders.

Service was terrible. She came to our table 3 times in the hour we were there. My daughter's food didn't have enough rosé sauce, she asked for more which a different waitress helped and brought. Then they charged $3 for the sauce. Never going to that one again. The one in the East is a million times

Poor service in the lounge. We were seated for almost half an hour before someone approached us and multiple times we had to get up to get someone to come to our table to serve us. We felt totally unwelcome and the service really is horrible.

Last night I ordered cactus cut potatoes and nachoes. Without a doubt nachos were so good but cactus cut potatoes were burned i tried to take one bite but they were not at all eatable. I asked to cook them crispy not to burn them. Please read your customer’s instructions carefully and twice. I am really unhappy with that, I ordered $40 food and you sent burned food to me. Really disappointed

Last Saturday, we went to Boston Pizza to celebrate my daughter acing her first spelling test with a family dinner, totaling seven of us. We were okay with a 20-minute wait, it was a busy weekend night after all and we hadn’t made a reservation.However, our experience was dampened when we overheard a server say to the two hostesses at the front desk, “Go to my table, #22 and then you'll see why everyone hates kids.” This comment, loudly pronounced in a family-friendly restaurant, was inappropriate and startling, to say the least, especially considering several families with children were waiting alongside us.Despite this, we decided to stay as we had already waited and everyone had made the effort to come. The food was standard and what you’d typically expect from Boston Pizza, satisfying but not exceptional. Ironically, the server who made the rude comment ended up being ours and, surprisingly, was very pleasant and nice, particularly to my daughter.While the overall dining experience after being seated was fine, the inappropriate and disrespectful comment made before our meal was what became the highlight of the evening, and that’s unfortunate. I hope the staff at Boston Pizza can be more mindful and and professional. Here’s hoping for a more respectful and welcoming atmosphere for everyone, kids included.

The last five times we have ordered online and got food delivered half of our meal was missing. They said a driver could bring what was missing in 20-30 minutes but by that time our other food was cold. This was the only option they gave us and did not try to compensate any further. After the 5th time we chose to go elsewhere.

We ordered from BP YQR south to watch the football game and eat at half time. Dip was missing. I called and they put the manager on. He insinuated that I was lying. Then he offered to send a driver but we would be done the food by the time it got here and he said only Skip the Dishes could do anything. I would have been ok had he just said sorry our bad instead of insinuating I was lying. That didn’t feel good from a customer pov.
