Just got food for myself from here, after grabbing something for my girlfriend from a different restaurant 20 min earlier. When I got home the fries were colder than hers and the burger was ice cold. This isn't even a 5 min drive away. On top of that, the double whopper I ordered was only a single. Can't verify what I was charged for though because I wasn't given a receipt. Fries got tossed out and the burger was barely edible.

If I could 0 stars, I will. My fiancé went there yesterday and ordered a bacon and cheese whopper. A few hours later around 3 am started feeling queasy, then started vomiting! And he’s been vomiting everything in that burger he ate! Dont eat here!

Every time I come to this location they make me pull around to the front while they get my order ready. I worked at BK for 3 years as a teenager and I know they do this to "fix" their drive thru time. They want to report a good drive thru time but in reality their Drive thru time is probably very bad due to how many customers they make pull around to the front. So if corporate is seeing this please take this in to consideration about the drive thru time here at this location.

My opinion this is the best Burger King location. They always cook everything fresh and hot. The staff cares about the customer. We have been coming here for years and they never done anything bad to prevent us from not coming back unlike the prince of wales location. Keep up the good work!

Ordered 2 jalapeño spicy chicken burger and nuggets both cold af. The only thing that wasn't cold is the drink that they forgot to give.

They have it advertised that they are serving French toast sticks all day. The supervisor tonight at 7pm with the nose ring , told us that they are not serving them all day. False advertising when the other bk across the city will serve them all day. So we went to a different one. Lost our service.
