Came here to eat the other day.. was not a fan of the staff bringing out our food and touching everything on the platter instead of just putting the platter down on our table.

Chicken was hard as rock. Asked for replacement and my wrap was basically a nugget of chicken and a liter of sauce (expatriating) Unfortunately this was my second go at this place after my gf got raw chicken. For a shift that has 8 people just standing around you'd think they would be on top of everything. I didn't want to leave a review but just giving me the wrap like I'm in the wrong is not cool.

Went around 620pm on a Sunday night, used 2 coupons the 2 chicken strip baskets and the 2 double cheeseburger combos. Paid at the window and parked after 2-3 mins of sitting at the window was given a free basket coupon and said it would be another 6 mins and to park by the dumpster. About 10 mins later employee runs food out and says "I think this is yours" drive home and realize we did not get our burgers. We call and complain they offered to deliver our burgers. The delivery was fast but they literally delivered us the cold burgers they forgot. I figured to recifty the situation they would make fresh ones..not ones been sitting for 30+ mins. Ridiculous. Not impressed. Not worth what we paid.

Undoubtedly the slowest fast food restaurant in the city. And that includes all the other Dairy Queens. Whether ordering an entire meal or one treat, the drive through will take a minimum of 10 min. If there are a few cars you should budget 20 min minimum. Walking in may reduce time slightly but it remains absurd.

This may be a "fast food chain" restaurant, but they run it locally. The staff are courteous, friendly and efficient and the food is great. Oh and Dairy free Dilly bars are to die for!!!

Close to home for an ice cream and chicken wraps. ❤ never have an issue with ordering. Drive through can get long and busy though. Love the icecream cakes for any occasion as well. ☺Parking: Decent number of spaces. If the drive through is busy it could block you in though.Wheelchair accessibility: I think it's acceptable for wheelchair accessibility. The main door is kind of heavy though but has the buttons to open it also.

Ordered chicken wraps and waited 10 minutes , I took a big bite of my wrap and noticed it tasted kinda off, when I looked down I noticed it looked raw. Touched the chicken, it was ice cold, completely raw. Absolutely disgusted.

We bought 2 blizzards that were fine but we also bought 2 boxes of dilly bars. We always went to this location because they made in house dilly bars. We weren't told they had changed to awful factory made ones. They taste awful. Please go back to making in house!!!
