The restaurant is clean and tidy. Fresh looking ingredients. Nice porion sizes. Food was awsome but the service is phenomenal. Disha is amazing! She is so friendly, helpful and patient, and she made our meal with care. And would comeback for this wonderful service. Taco's are amazing, especially on Tuesday's.

Staff are unenthusiastic. If it’s your first time there they will not make any effort to explain the meats/topping options or sauces. Empty stare waiting for you to tell them what you’d like in your tacos when it’s unclear what options are part of the price or cost extra. Any questions asked… you will get a one word response. Tacos didn’t taste horrible but the meat is under seasoned and overall flavour relies completely on the sauce. I came here today because Prairie Donair ran out of rice but I don’t think I would return.

Beware the debit “tip” option. Tip cash if you want the staff to get it. 2 stars for this, owners.Good: Taco Tuesday deal. Beef or beans & rice. The tacos are awesome, and so are the staff. It’s a process, they wait on your every ingredient, so lines can get long. Ask for samples to try different options.Bad: Bean mix is so wet it busts open the bottom of your taco/burrito/quesadilla.
Theif, charged me extra for my meal.A chicken enchilada with chips and salsa priced at $16.99 charged me $24.17 with tax.Avpid going to guac as also their service and food is not that great and please make sure that you check your bill before paying. They charge you unnecessary extra and once u leave no one is going back until when realize like me.Stop going go East GUAC store.

ordered 3 shrimp tacos and 1 quesadilla on door dash from this place. the quesadilla was packaged horribly and the stuff was falling out every time i picked it up. the tacos were even WORSE. they packaged it upside down at first then when we opened it there was this horrible smell coming from them. we thought it might’ve been the sauce or something but we smelt the shrimp and we almost gagged. i don’t know if the shrimp went bad or anything but i know for a fact it would have given us food poisoning if we did eat it. i’m not trying to come from a mean place but the shrimp could’ve made someone seriously sick. this was a horrible experience and i don’t think i’ll be ordering from here again.

I have been here many times before.Once I told them to do perfect portioning at that time they did it as courtesy but after few days they continued the same pattern.This is unacceptable as customer,today afternoon they ran outta mango salsa,when asked to serve it employee told he had to make new & was just fine with not adding it to my bowl.Well now,its better to go to prairie donair to avoid such situations.
