Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Great Food; we always enjoy it! I recently picked up take out and had a clear view into the kitchen. I was appalled and disappointed to see people with long hair around the food. Women with long ponytails down to their waists flipping around and there was one guy with long hair and a long beard. None of them wore a hairnet or in any way restricted their hair from flying around. Isn't there a food services requirement anymore that hair has to be contained in a net? It is not very appetizing to see this.

We had supper here and since I have a gluten and egg allergy the staff and management went above and beyond. Suggesting different options for my order. Being extra cautious. Thank you for the amazing service and meals.

CJ was absolutely amazing, hands down the best server we've ever had. Attentive, friendly, and made our visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious as always, and the service made it even better. We'll definitely be coming back again soon!

I attended the Olive Garden the day with my sister. My sister had never been to Olive Garden before, and she was quite surprised that the extensive items on the menu that did not include red meat. This is important to her because although she likes a good steak, unfortunately, she is allergic to beef. So much so that a utensil used to cook beef and then without being washed used to cook, pork or chicken, her entrée, would contaminate her food and cause her to have a reaction. As such, I highly recommend the Olive Garden for their extensive menu. Furthermore, we both highly enjoyed the food items that we did order.

Most main dishes inclue all you can eat soup or salad.
This sounds great but as they say there no free lunch. Miain dishes are $20++ so a family of 4 will easily spend $100+.
The food is good and tasty.

Our table spent close to 400$ (Sunday August 10 2025 around 5pm)

1-My Alfredo Fettuccine had hard ends and low on the sauce. They replaced it with fresh pasta but very low on the sauce so half was thrown out.

2-My nephews had the same issue with his Fettuccine hard ends but refused replacement.

3- The young waitress spilled water on my back and side shoulder and did not apologize.

4- Same waitress kept grading parmasan and some was falling on my aunties shoulder (on her black top)

5- 2 of the small serving plates had dried green flakes had to scrape them off.

6- Breadsticks were dry and no butter.

7- Food was blend

Olive Garden on Gordon has gone down hill.

The waiter Fortune was 100% on point. Excellent service with smile and fantastic personality. He is the reason I didn't give 1 star.

Came a couple nights before and it was busier than I expected but still lovely! Their fettuccine and steak is FANTASTIC and our server Jorge was a delight! Very funny man he got all order right too! Kids were very entertained by tales of his travels.

I am very happy and grateful for the service we had the Gordon Rd olive garden yesterday. One of our group has celiac and our server was aware of the complexity issues of this. The manager came introduced himself and assured us that the gf meal would be prepared separately and safely and discussed the always possibilities of cross contamination happening which is always a possibility no matter where. I am very happy with this restaurant and the protocol they have and the well informed staff. The meal experience was the best we had at any restaurant we have been to. Much appreciated which made our visit more relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you Regina Gordon Rd Olive Garden.

Not great. Food was bland. Shrimp was ok but scallops were tiny and fishy tasting. Bread sticks and no butter? Drink had some weird gel mixed into it that was not evenly mixed so that was gross too. Service was terrible. Why hire foreigners who can't even understand your order? Is it that hard to find nice girls to take an order and be personable? I won't be back.
