On Friday, I bought Cod Cheeks for the first time. The fishmonger that served me told me how to cook them, and I followed her instructions. When they were ready, I laid them on top of green salad. I added the pan drippings after drizzling the greens with olive oil & dill pickle juice. Great product and great service = a MAGNIFICENT meal.

I wanted something that is very seldom carried by other retailers. I checked by phone and was pleased to find they had what I was looking for. Their stock was fair priced and of great quality.

They do not carry Fish Monger spice. And after a brief interaction. Not much for manners either

SO glad to have found this place!!What a gem.We just moved to Regina from Victoria and havent bothered to try any of the fish.We took a walk through Cathedral (?) And found this spot. This will be our go-to for fresh fish. They have EVERYRHING! And, it's really good.Salmon skewers were great, sushi grade tuna for.some home made poke, and some baby shrimp for sandwiches... amazing!

Best selection that I have ever seen. Friendly people, very helpful. What they don't have you to not need.

Picked up a couple of beautiful pieces of salmon that we barbecued, it was delicious. Nothing like fresh fish!Service was friendly and quick. Nice to shop local. Also noticed few days later when we went to a big box store the price was much higher and didn't look as fresh.

Best fish store in the city. Also the only "real" fish store in Regina. Great for smoked salmon, even though it comes in frozen packages.
I came in a few weeks ago and wanted to write about my experience now that I've tried everything I bought.I bought live clams and they were delicious. They were very much alive and had absolutely no odour until cooked. The anchovies they carry are great, pretty subtle (for an anchovy) and good enough to eat by themselves, not like the red boxed ones most other store carry. I also bought frog legs which came frozen and were perfectly fine. It's not so much a complaint as a matter of personal preference, I would have much rather been able to by the larger American frogs rather then the smaller Vietnamese they carry.
