The food here is always great. Usually I’m pleased with the service, too. But my last visit here has soured my view of this restaurant, or really franchise in general.The workers there told my friend and I that we could get 50% off if we got a full meal, so of course we agreed to do that. We go to pay, turns out it was only 50% off of the meat. Now, usually I’d give the benefit of the doubt, but both me and my friend were certain they said 50% off without specifying it was only 50% off of the meat.This is very scummy techniques to get people to pay more than anticipated. I do not appreciate these techniques being used in a restaurant franchise as big as Prairie Donair.Won’t be going back again.

Bought some macadamia nut cookies however they were rock solid (old cookies). They gave me some fresh ones from a new batch when I asked about them. Good service but confused why they keep the old cookies at all. Otherwise their Donaires are to kill for; Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prairie Donair, and I must say, I absolutely loved the food. The staff service, particularly Samina Chowdhury was exceptional. She provided excellent service to me with a friendly and attentive approach. I highly recommend visiting Prairie Donair to have such a wonderful experience.

DONOT ORDER IT BY USINF SHOPACHAT.I ordered some dishes by using the Shopachat, then I visited this place.They said there is no order even though I ordered and paid it already.The employee was ignoring me for a log time. He just served other customers. I WAS WAITING FOR 30 MINS to know what's going on. Even there is no manager or another employee.

This location is so hit and miss, like today it was definitely a miss. The wraps were so tough to eat and the meat was also quite tough to eat, it was almost like it was cooked for too long. We couldn't even eat all of it it was so disappointing. I really like going to this location as it is so close to home, but I am willing to start driving to the Quance location where they have been bang on every time.
