The food gets a 4 star review. The chicken and lamb are tasty, but potatoes are almost always undercooked. The garlic sauce is delicious. Service gets 3 stars, because it takes forever for them to fill an order. Long wait time. Also disappointingly prices have increased and the portions have decreased a lot! I usually order the 2 meat option and on my recent order I ordered double lamb, which I paid for, and only received a tiny amount. Super disappointing, probably won't be back again.

I placed my order for a Large Platter around 8:30 am with a scheduled pick-up time of 4 pm. Arriving at the restaurant around 4:15 pm, I inquired about my order, only to find that it wasn't ready. Surprisingly, there wasn't a single customer in the restaurant at that time. Frustrated by the delay, I decided to add an extra wrap to my order. However, when I requested cucumber, I was informed they didn't have any. Similarly, when I asked for Spanish, I was told they were out of it as well. Lastly, when I requested honey mustard sauce, they said they didn't have that either. Disappointed but wanting to complete my order, I settled for what was available.Upon receiving the food and starting to eat, we were disappointed to find that the taste was subpar. Regrettably, we ended up discarding all of the food. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience. ?Show quoted text

Showed up 10 minutes before close, door was still open, sign was still on. Walked in and they had put everything away and so told me “Sorry, we’re closed”. I guess you’re not open until 10PM every night even though it’s right on your building. Another customer just tried to get in as I am writing this. I guess you must be doing well enough you don’t need my business any longer. You’ve lost a long time, loyal customer.

I have frequently visited Zamzams since starting a job nearby in 2019 and the food, flavour and service is SO consistently amazing.I always get the tandoori chicken platter and lentil soup. Everything that comes in the platter is great - salad with the best tzatziki, homemade hummus and potatoes with the easily the worlds best garlic mayo, and tender tandoori chicken with flavourful rice.I know inflation is hard on individuals as well as small businesses but I do have to say I am a little disappointed to see them simultaneously make their serving sizes small AND increase the prices
