Absolutely brutal. I'm staying in the hospital and havnt been able to eat or keep food down for days. Now today I can finally eat so I decided to go down at 945pm to grab a sandwich or somthing as I knew I'd be awake at night with body aches and whatever else. Jusy to get there and there menu is shut off....so I have no idea what I can get or the cost. And they say it's because its almost closing time.....they close at 1030. So I come back up to my room and try to call them and Absolutely no answer. I let it ring for minutes. When there was people there forsure. Absolutely terrible. I thought I could get a soup and sandwich or somthing but now its a small bag of chips and a bottle of pop from a vending machine for 7.50......thanks amazing first meal after 2 days.

Clearly the coffee was reheated to a point so hot I burnt my lip and a resulting blister occurred. You’re a coffee shop, why re-heat old coffee.

I doubt ill ever be a fan of tim hortons as a whole or ever go back to considering them canadian but they do still have some fantastic people working there. The lady that was working drive thru when I got my timbits defines over and above. She made going to tim hortons feel worthwhile

I went through the drive thru they forget my hash brown and straw that’s fine, I go inside to get my hash brown straw and order another wrap and they tell me that they didn’t put the hash brown on the bill so I say “okay so charge me for one” I go to leave and double check the bag and see I didn’t get the straw that I walked in for so I have to go back to ask AGAIN. And just to top it off I get home and eat one of the powdered timbits and it’s just dough no filling nothing.This Tim Hortons is always bad when I go idk why ?♀️

Thanks to Tim's for being at St. Paul's. We were at the hospital for 18 hours until my Mother passed. The cafe is not open on weekends so we would have had to leave the hospital to eat. Tim's allowed us to be with her until the end.Please remember this is fast food, not a 5 star restaurant.Thanks again for being there, it was greatly appreciated.

1. Many staff never change gloves even when I tell them about allergies to meat2. They use dirty nice to cut food, lots of mixing3. Today they screwed up with my drink, so I paid double for what actually I wanted. And then again when I went to order food, they screwed up (mixing meat with veggies which is against guidelines), I paid but didn’t get food.4. Some new immigrants have very bad work ethics and they are rude5. They even serve you old food that has become so crisp eg potato wedges6. Touching food after mopping or vrooming but without washing hands.
Vegetarian options: They mix meat or meat utensils with veggies even after warning them that I have severe allergies to meat products

I ordered steak and egg biscuit but for some reason the ringed in bacon instead. I insisted they have change. The staff very rude. Simple fix instead made a big deal. Arguing I ordered bacon.
