Leicester Family Restaurant +Lounge

We ate here the other night. Expensive to start and then the “house made sauce” in the lasagna is a curry sauce of some kind. Not a lasagna feel at all. The Thai chili bowl was mushy rice, LOADS of peppers and way too much sauce. And sooooo hot. And the fish and chips special was overcooked dish. My daughter’s cheese pizza meal was good. Huge pizza fingers and a few veggies and dip. And my son just wanted chicken wings but they brought him ice cream with his sister at the end. Not terrible and would have been less frustrating if it hadn’t been for the high prices attached to each of the dishes. Won’t be back

I had a great time at thie restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The environment was spotless. The food was amazing. I definitely be back and bring in my crew.

All the chairs with upholstery need to be repaired. Waitresses were unfriendly....no welcome, no smiles, etc. This was our first time there, won't be returning.

Every lounge chair observed had wear or damage to the armrests: gave the facility a very un-maintained or neglected feel about it.

We are not from Weyburn, but my husband is working here. We have a date night every second Friday and we have gone here 2x. The first time to food was great but the service was VERY poor, no drink refills (waitress didn't even come near us for us to be able to grab her and ask, my husband had to go up to the bar to get refill service).
The second time this past Friday our service was even worse. The bartender served us (they must have been short staffed) and he did not look like he was pleased. He didn't introduce himself, had 1 word answers to every question and it was VERY uncomfortable, we were not asked if we wanted any refills nor if our meal was okay. We had no cutlery when our food was dropped off, no pepper or salt or ketchup or steak sauce and my husband had to flag him down. I ordered surf and turf and asked for my steak cooked medium rare - it was very well done and was so tough it was inedible. My husband he said his meal was awesome though (and he's hard to please).
We weren't asked if we wanted dessert we were just brought a bill and made to feel like we had to leave.
It was not busy in there. When we arrived each server only had 2 tables and when we left it was about the same.
I've worked many years in hospitality and it takes a lot to really get me to write a review but we will not be back.

I don't think we came at the best of time. There was a big group from a local sports event I think. But it was so loud even for a Americanish restaurant. Also not helped by how open the eating are is. No walls at all .The staff were nice enough. And my burger was ok. But the calamari tasted more like oinion rings. And what I assume was tzatziki sauce tasted like ranch. So it was quite a not awesome experience. I would only recommend if your a degenerate

Ate here with my so sons hockey team, our waitress was amazing and handled the chaos like a pro!! Food was amazing

Wonderful place to eat with family

Had a great meal and great service. Their ultimate ceasers are delicious. Excellent menu. Will definitely be back if we're in the area again.
