Our recent experience at Whitts was profoundly disappointing. Having grown up in Ashland City, I have always loved Whitts' loaded baked potatoes. During our family vacation in Hendersonville, I was excited to visit Whitts and relive those fond memories. We ordered and paid through the app, ensuring we arrived at the specified pick-up time. However, upon arrival, we were informed that they had no record of our order and that several items we had paid for were unavailable.
Despite being told that we would need to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for 2 of the 6 potatoes, we decided not to wait and requested an additional pound of pork and a loaf of cornbread instead, along with our existing order of one pound of turkey and two slabs of ribs. We were assured that this was not an issue and asked to wait outside.
Several minutes later, an employee brought out only three of the four potatoes and one pound of turkey. When I pointed out the incomplete order, I was met with resistance. After waiting another 20 minutes with no further communication, I went inside to inquire. The staff continued to argue, insisting that we had received everything we ordered. After an additional 15 minutes of waiting, with our food now cold, I requested an update. The response was dismissive, blaming the delay on the potatoes. Frustrated, I asked for a refund for the missing items, to which the staff rudely responded, refusing to refund the entire order and citing their own inconvenience.
Ultimately, I requested the missing pound of pork and declined the potatoes. We left with cold, hour-old food and a total bill of $130. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to Whitts. I hope they address these issues to provide a better customer experience in the future.

This place has gone down hill. The food is amazing but, the service and the place is just awful. While we was eating the employees literally scream and hollered in the kitchen playing with water even while the owner was right there (He got onto them after 5 minutes). The dinning room had mold in between the floors/walls. I recommend not coming here and just go to Pleasant View.

This place is going down hill. Get home to find out the bbq sandwiches that were supposed to have extra coleslaw had no coleslaw at all. Barely any meat on the sandwiches then the same with the turkey sandwiches. If yal are out of meat or extras don’t even sale it , say your out if you have to ! This place is pricey and then to just receive buns without anything in them is insane and plain greed

The service is terrible they are disrespectful for no reason and I payed for the family pack and they didn’t put the sides in it that I payed for. I normally wouldn’t care but I don’t like going to a place to get food and being disrespected for no reason when it’s your job.

They have good food everytime we go.Good pricing for how many we have in our family.(We get the family bundle)Never got our order wrong. Very sweet people working there. It doesn't take long to have our bangs. Then we're off.The bathroom inside is nice. There are plenty of seating and parking.

Just got turkey sandwiches from there and I won't be going back.One sandwich had a large bone in it and another one had a long hair in it.The cashier was rude and the food tasted horrible, nothing like it use to.I've been going there off and on for over a year and it's usually good, not sure what's changed.We only took two bites out of our first sandwiches out of six. Wasted $40 at this place, I'll be talking to the manager and to whoever owns this place soon enough.Guaranteed we won't be going back ever.Picture of bone attached.

Highly disappointed in my meal. I normally like Whitts but I recently went to this location and my bread was rock hard as if it had been sitting out for hours. I also noticed employees smoking in the restraunt with the door open. Very unprofessional.

Nice little place. Cashier was friendly. Card machine wasn't working. Food was filling but could have used some flare. I think presentation is important. For a 10 dollar meal it could be a little more something.
