My experience here at Firebirds was amazing. I just want to thank the staff and John they did Everything they could to accommodate my party. The food and drinks were very good.
It was just okay. It wasn’t special or anything over the top. Service was okay. Food was okay. Atmosphere was okay. Parking was okay.

My favorite steak house of all time ! Amazing flavor on every item on the menu. The best service of any restaurant in my opinion. I've gone here for years and will continue.
I ordered a 1/2 slab of ribs, my wife ordered a filet steak. Ribs were served to table cold. Wife's steak and vegetables were cool, not hot as one would expect. They took the plate of ribs back. A second plate of ribs were brought to the table by who we think was the manager. He said he was sorry. All in all, my wife and went to Firebirds for the first time to have a nice lunch and expected to eat our meals at the same time. She was done well before my replacement meal was brought to the table. I think the manager should have been more accommodating and at least comped my meal. The Waitress was very kind and thoughtful but, her actions did not make our meal any better.. We are one and done and will not go back. They had a chance to recover from a bad situation but, did not see fit to make amends.
