Great service, sweet employees especially the pretty girl at the register with freckles. The manager Frank has a strong personality but he is pretty decent. The bagels are great every time I get one it’s soft and fresh.

My wife and I came in for breakfast. I ordered 2 bagels, a water and an apple juice. The employee did not ring me up for a water, so after I grabbed it and sat down to wait on my food, the other employee came to the table with my receipt and rudely asked “You want to pay for that?” I told him I asked for it and he said that it was not rung up (which was not my fault) He then rang me up for a water which was $4 and asked for a tip. Ultimately, the employee was rude for no reason, as if I was trying to steal A WATER. After I paid $22 for a 2 bagels and an apple juice. The food was not good, the employees were rude, and the prices are high.

The store is dark and uninviting. The staff were courteous. The food is mediocre at best. I ordered the hot pastrami. First it was not hot so I am not sure if hot meant the spicy mustard which was not on the sandwich and was told by whomever I called back to speak with stated that they don't have the mustard which is FALSE advertising, but it was a cold sandwich which I don't like. He did offer to refund but I was already back from my lunch break and was not able too, plus he seemed to understand why I was disappointed that the mustard was not on the sandwich, but if you have pastrami IYKYK. Lastly I know they are boiled which was a first for me but they were so waxy and chewy and fake tasting that yuk it was bad. I tried Brueggers because BENJI BAGEL was too far to drive but next time I will make the drive they have the best. Bruegger's really didn't deserve the 1 star it was not a good bagel for almost $9.

The interior was very run down and very little seating for such a big area. Ceiling tiles were missing and you couldn’t see the bagel racks anymore. It was sad from what it used to be. I probably won’t be back. The food was good.

I stopped in for a quick lunch on a Saturday as I was running aorund the area on errands. I was the only one in the store, so I was served quickly and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the iced coffee and the smoked salmon sandwich. It's too bad I don't live around here, or I'd probably be back to give it another try soon.
Stopped in for to go breakfast. Was a little disappointed on the interior. It seemed very sparse and run down for a large dine in area. Service was polite and quick. Love the fact they have double egg and bacon for a sandwich. Food was good.

Hopefully they were just having a bad day. Mother's Day morning, almost no one was there and they barely had any bagels made. After picking through what was left to get an order in, they shorted me 4 of the 10. Unfortunately, didn't notice until arriving home.

They are the absolute BEST here! Everyone working is so welcoming and always makes sure they’re attentive. The 4 main people i see every time i come make sure i have everything and even chased me into the parking lot after o forgot my things. My favorite place for great bagels, coffee and a good conversation ❤️

I ordered a simple bagel and cream cheese. After taking a couple bites, I thought they must have given me the wrong order because the cream cheese didn’t taste like honey walnut, but more like blue cheese. Then I realized the honey walnut cream cheese was actually just rotten and that’s what made it taste so awful. Had to throw the whole thing away and crossing my fingers I don’t get sick.
