Worst Taco Bell ever, night shift makes everything wrong.i Ordered a chicken chalupa supreme with no tomatoes, they gave me a beef chalupa. I ordered a 5 layer burrito with no beans, they added extra beans on there. Fries were cold and crunchy. Go to McDonald’s next door they have better service and food

My grandson picked up food at this location. My order was a Nacho Belle Grande combo with a hard shell taco. He was told when arriving at the restaurant that they were out of CHIPS (at a mexican restaurant!) so they substituted a Mexican Pizza for the Belle Grande. They never asked if this was OK with us. The taco was great but the Mexican pizza was terrible. There was not ANY meat on it and it did not look or taste appetizing at all. This is the second time in a few weeks that I have received this order with no meat. He was told that we would receive a refund but I seriously doubt that. My friends, neighbors and acquaintances will hear about this. My only income is social security so I cannot afford to be served ueatable food.

Food is very sub par here. But the service is extremely consistent…consistent the worst service I’ve received at any Taco Bell I’ve been to.Drive thru worker sounds both lifeless and pissed at the same time. And the other worker took my card, returned my card, and handed me food without saying a SINGLE word. No telling me the total owed (which is common to make sure I’m paying for the right order) no hello, thank you, here you go, nothing.

They were very friendly and accommodating. Years ago, they used to have bell burgers. I wish they would bring them back. I am thankful they give senior discounts. Thank you.

I went to this Taco Bell on my lunch break. I ordered online and walked into the store when it said my order was being made, and eventually it said it was ready for pickup. After waiting for 15 minutes the staff noticed me finally came to the front and asked if I needed anything. They asked for my name and after telling them they said I wasn't is their system. After showing them that I had already paid and my order confirmation number they said that since I was not in their system they would not make the food so they wasted my lunch break and they took my money and I was not able to get a refund or my food because the app said the food was ready.

I ordered “Meat and cheese only” There was more sour cream than anything. It’s Tacobell, so it’s not like I have high expectations. Just get the order right so I don’t find this when I get home.
