Husband and we’re passing through Bristol and had dinner at this charming historic downtown restaurant. I had blackened salmon that had an awesome sweet chili sauce, wasn’t too spicy and asparagus. Hubby had shrimp and grits and it was exceptional! To top it off, they had a very nice happy hour. Usually happy hour offerings are of the cheaper varieties but a glass of Meiomi Pinot Noir was only $5.00.
We stopped at 620 for lunch while walking State Street. We both had the hot chicken sandwich, which was very good......a nice piece of chicken with some heat. Our server was very good and prices are reasonable.

The restaurant has a good menu and is a creative space--with plenty to look at. Sat at the full bar for dinner--with great appetizers--but a dry burger. It took longer than expected to be served. The staff was friendly. Drink prices were good--including their bourbon barrel ale. Had a 30-minute wait--but is a fun place to meet with friends and family.
