The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, there are much better RV parks to enjoy where you won’t be price gouged. Also, they ran smack dab into one of my old neighbors RVs with a tractor and refused to even talk to them about the damage. Told them to file on their insurance. Damage was over $3,000. Management company also refused to do the right thing. Would not answer their calls and then blocked them on all social media. The manager Edward is an absolute terror.
We visited serendipity for our anniversary, park is falsely advertised, definitely not a resort, water park was closed and it was extremely hot when we were there, pool is clean and nice but other than that it’s the only nice thing about this park. The bathroom that was supposed to be located close to our site was a portable potty, we didn’t visit the restaurant due to us leaving early because this place is just boring and not nice at all… Much nicer places out there
New owners took over and I like what they did with the menu and food. Cool spot, yummy food.

Staying at Serendipity Resort was a charming blend of rustic escape and modern comfort. We opted for one of the luxury yurts, which offered all the cozy vibes of camping with the plush perks of glamping—think soft beds and AC. The yurt was beautifully decorated and very quiet. Getting around the resort was half the fun—golf carts were rented and made exploring the scenic grounds easy and enjoyable. Whether cruising down tree-lined paths or heading to dinner, they added a playful touch to the experience. Speaking of dinner, the resort’s restaurant exceeded expectations. The menu leaned toward upscale comfort food and the atmosphere was relaxed but refined. It was the perfect end to a day of fun and quiet luxury. Overall, Serendipity Resort is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to disconnect without sacrificing comfort. The yurt stay, glamping experience, and great food made it a memorable girl’s trip getaway.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Girls Trip Perfection at Serendipity! We had the most fantastic girls trip at Serendipity! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The yard was absolutely beautiful—spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or taking cute group photos. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. The entire property was spotless and so well-kept. You can tell they really care about the details. The restaurant on-site was another highlight—our meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Overall, Serendipity was the perfect mix of charm, comfort, and fun. Highly recommend for a girls getaway or anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a beautiful setting with great food and great vibes.
We had a great girls trip at Serendipity! I highly recommend the restaurant. The food and drinks were amazing. We ate outside and it was very peaceful. The staff was very friendly and above and beyond accommodating our group. The Yurt was very roomy and clean. The air work great and kept us all comfortable. The swimming pool was big and very clean. I would give 6 out of 5 stars.
well, after reading these reviews, I guess we won't be visiting. The negative reviews were a few years ago,but if it's the same owner, Daphne, I absolutely want to part of her place. sucks, because I've waited so long to go. I normally don't look at reviews ,but my gut told me to....glad I did. I can't deal with racism, disrespect, and lies. Disappointed to say the least.
Very run down rv sites. Grass needs cut, broken up payment. Bathrooms no where near the rv sites. They expect you to use a porter potty. Water level at the water park/inflatables was way down. Big cinder blocks in the water. My wife cut her foot opened on a block just getting out of the water. Spoke to the desk employees and they never once said sorry or tried to make a report. Just texted ans told Robert the “general manager” I’m sorry but for the price that they are charging people they need to do better. We have been coming here for years and will not be back. Has turned into a full time living rv park.
We stayed Labor Day weekend in a RV spot. We enjoyed everything! Bar/grille had excellent food! Pool was nice! Property was clean and staff was great. Keep up the great work. We will be back!!
just beware of their refund policy. a credit does not mean back to your original payment. it means to use in the future. I found out the hard way!

They do not tell you when you make a reservation that you cannot get a refund if you have to cancel. They only do credit. I spent $1,400 reserving two cabins for Labor Day weekend and when I called to cancel I was told they don’t do refunds! I was told when I made the reservation I could get a refund if I canceled more than 7 days before with a $10 cancellation fee.
We had the best time Saturday with our 2 year old and 5 year old. We rented a yurt for our family and requested to be next to our friends. We loved the pool and water park. We enjoyed being able to relax and let the kids run and play. The staff was so sweet and friendly!! I highly recommend!
my family and I had an amazing weekend. only thing they need more bathrooms
This place is a rip off they take your money and don't give refunds so you just lose out on all the money you sent them. Just credit that's not right because due to health issues not all people are going to be able to make it. They charge way to much want let you change dates or give your money back. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Service is awesome. Their chicken bacon sandwich is to die for. Nice relaxing atmosphere. A little on pricey side but definitely worth a try.
