I can’t remember ever having bad service here. Our server, Ashley, was exceptional last night. Even when we messed up their closing time (we thought 11, but it was 10), we rushed through our dinner and ended up taking it to go and the staff was still very professional and attentive. It’s our top restaurant for a quick bite.

The service was absolutely spot on! Our waitress did everything and everything she could for the experience to be great and awesome. However the food was something else to be able to say that with. Having the riblet plate unless you want to get sick and feel bad after a couple hours of eating then go ahead and try it. Because I could not get past 3 hours after eating the riblets that it caused so much issues with my stomach and made me sick and it even went into the next day.

Love the Northgate, Chattanooga location. Friendly service, even let us change table location when right under a vent and we were cold. Always pleased with food quality and amount. Good prices and love the atmosphere.

We have been going here for over 8 years and it is one of the best applebees in the state of Tennessee. When you go you absolutely want Gwen as your waitress. She is the best of the best waitresses in all of Chattanooga.

I don't eat at Applebee's often if at all but the service was impeccable... Our server was great at his Job awesome personality and very very intentive to our needs... The food was fresh and very hot. Awesome just awesome...
Very kind people and very helpful. Our order missed bacon on them but right otherwise, which the manager was able to take care of the problem with no trouble. Very good food for sure and wonderful service when got tge order and after due to the one mess up. Thank you

Yesterday around 6:30- 7:45 p.m we came here to eat with a party of 5..We had to sit and wait for 20 minutes outside before we got a table, and had at least one person that was not able to stand for long periods...they had three servers..and was short staffed...super busy...BUT our server made it worth it.. We took our time ordering in our booth of 5 ladies cause we seen the struggle.. He was busting his butt with other tables as well... His leg was hurt but still this man went above and beyond. I don't want to embarrasses him...but he was very nice and attentive to us even though he was having to run all over..once or twice he tripped up the steps while struggle with keeping up with the crowd that poured in...God bless you sir... I hope that your shifts go easy on you ... Us low sugar people have to stick together.... He was outstanding... A hardworking young man!
