Said I wanted a brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich no tomato meal with coke to drink....ended up with a fish sandwich. Guy didn't talk loud and I didn't want to keep asking him to speak up so I could hear him. Even though it wasn't what I wanted it wasn't bad. At least he got the no tomato right.

I dunno what happened to Arby's over the last few years. The service at the counter and the back of the kitchen seems so angry lately. Food prep looks like somebody assembled the sandwich by throwing the ingredients from the other side of the room. Tha cashier mumbles while taking your order. Dining is always dirty. And it's like that in multiple locations. Makes it hard to go back often.

The young man who took our order was very nice, his name was cannon I think. But the girl in the drive through was being very rude to customers and cussing loud enough standing by the fryers that I could hear her in the back lobby by the windows. The manager told her to watch her mouth and she said she did not care. I could also hear the employees talking about another manager who takes too many cigarette breaks and sits at the desk more than works. One of the worst experiences eating in I’ve dealt with in a while.

The drive thru cashier was really nice. I ordered 2 simple buffalo sliders. Was told to pull to the handicap,it was being made fresh. Received my 2 simple sliders. The poor cook must not have wanted to be there lol. My simple sliders where Soo drenched in the sauces,they literally was coming out the paper. The bread was soggy,and to top it off. Even though I was pulled. They where cold?The manager act like it was a problem,but did replace one. But not not the other which was fine. I didn't want to be petty. But whether I'm spending 7 or 70 bucks. I want my food right.

Teenagers working there are rude. You wait 20 mins for fresh cooked frieds, and you get burnt fries. You pay for a double thru the drive thru, pull off and find they gave you a regular. I have spoke with daytime female manager, and her reply was you can't get good help these days. I eat Arby's at the Kimball TN store and always great. This Northgate mall store is the worst Arby's all around.

I've been here a few times, and every time it's been the same. My sandwich came out with barely any meat, a bun practically burnt black, and cold, stale, tasteless fries. Wait varies.
