Really good ice cream with not too over the top prices. The coconut cream pie milkshake was loaded with real coconut! They do offer samples before you decide for sure what you want.

I rarely do negative reviews, unfortunately with this one waited for an hour in line for their famous waffle cone at the Frazier Ave shop. We watched the workers put waffle cones they'd made when we first got in line into a bin and they started telling customers that they didn't have any left. I overheard one of the workers tell the other workers as long as the line was this long they weren't going to stop to make them anymore. Which is what most people in that long line were waiting on. They were out of a lot of flavors, and the ice cream is like ice cream you can get at any other ice cream shop. We sufficed with a sugar cones we could have gotten from the grocery store.We went to the Clumpies on Market Street the following day and enjoyed their shop much better. The staff was friendly and we were able to get waffle cones. They were also out of a lot of flavors as well but were much friendlier.

We were walking the beautiful area and saw this place. It looked like an ice cream parlor - so we went inside. Still not sure what the place was. They didn't make banana splits - so not an ice cream parlor. We left.

The best homemade ice cream in the area! We visited Chattanooga for the weekend and had ice cream everyday! Friendly staff and the store had tables to sit and enjoy your treats.

Went for the first time and had a bad experience. The sign outside says that the shop closes at 10pm. We arrive at 9:55pm and were told that they stop scooping ice cream. If you no longer serve ice cream at 9:55pm then the sign should say closes at 9:55pm not 10PM. Please correct this so that others will know. Will not be returning to this ice cream shop.

Highly recommend the royal sundae. The service was friendly and fast. The ice cream itself wasn't particularly special in my opinion, but the toppings and blondie made it fantastic. I took off a star for being overpriced imo ($17 for a shared sundae)
