Very unhappy with my food order this morning. Poor experiences in the past but thought I’d give another chance but today was even worse. The croissant sandwich was barely warm, the hash browns were disgusting – nearly black but cool and mushy, and the glazed donuts were quickly approaching stale. Bad to the point of letting their customer service know. Never again.

So I stopped going there for a little while, and they even remembered me when I went back since I get coffee every morning. But then they like to do little things like not put the sugar in my coffee that I not only ordered but they put on the screen in my order! So this is why they will continue to lose business. They have a few employees in this place that simply do not care about the customers! If it only happened once, and she wasn’t giggling when she handed it to me I would think it was an accident but this has happened to me 3 out of five days in the past(which is why I stopped going there before)and I’m not interested in that happening again. If I had a way to take the money I loaded on my app off and put it back in my account I would. But once it is gone I will not be back at all! I would rather go out of my way! This location used to be so good!!

This is my favorite Dunking!! I drive to Hixson to get our coffee in the AM my wife and I live out Gunbarrel. Our drinks are always correct and they know I love my whip cream up to the top ?

Half of the donuts on the app were not in store. I ordered two coffees and both were wrong. One had sugar and it was suppose to be liquid sugar. One had two flavorings, and neither were in it. Of course all of it was on the receipt and I paid for it. But did not get it. I went inside, and waited almost 10 minutes for service. Staff was rude, and didn’t seem focused. All over the place. My coffee was bland, and very watered down. The music was so loud, I was screaming over the counter trying to get the cashier to hear me. Very poor service.

Not bad, what you'd expect. Coffee is typically either watered down or WAY to heavy on added ingredients. So at the end of the day, it is a Dunkin.Dunkin’ is Dunkin, five stars for being on brand which is just good enough.

The girl at the window was polite. Everything else ??...donuts shouldn't be a part of the name. They're stale tasting. I worked at one in Chicagoland area when I was a teenager. The donuts were fresh every morning and AMAZING. We sold out nearly daily. These r terrible. Dry like store bought. The coffee has no consistency. With a chain I feel like there should be specific recipes for each latte or drink. Unless otherwise specified. This just isn't the case. And 23 mins in a drive through line with only two cars ahead of me?? And the lady in front just left without her order. (Which was a single iced coffee)So only one technically. Over $5 for dry donuts. I'll skip it.
