Food is great, worst customer service Iv ever experienced in my life last week went in rude to me, this week went in had to order 4 sandwich’s lady asked me “are you don’t yet” on my second one I said no she said “WELL HOW MANY MORE” I said 2 she rolled her eyes at me huffed real loud and started aggressively putting my order in everytime I said something nothing but attitude and eye rolling

It’s done so cost alot but it’s worth it the food is amazing and it’s always enjoyable to watch them make it and it’s tasty
Always extremely slow, usually takes more than 30 minutes to get my food not during peak hours. I love firehouse subs, but this is the worst one I’ve ever been to that I would never go back. There was only one person in line ahead of me, but I ended up leaving without even ordering because it was taking so long.

Service seemed indifferent to whether or not any of the 6 customers waiting were there or not.I waited over 25 minutes for one sub, I'm guessing everyone before and after me waited just as long for their food. I understand I've never ran a sub shop but I do know I could've made one faster.I'll probably just do that next time.

Impressively bad service. My wife and I were the only ones in the store and it took 40 mins to get 2 sandwiches.
Stopped by here to get lunch. Not a single person said hi, bye, f u... nothing. Horrible customer service. Even stayed a minute waiting no one said a thing. Left without even ordering anything which is sad because I love these subs.

The person taking our order did not listen to us at all. I ask for light mayo and he did not do it. Then we ask for large drinks and we both got medium and were charged for large. We had to ask again for a large. Then he ask if we wanted to round up and donate and we said not today and he still put that we donated .93 cents. We came on 12/19/2023 at 4:50 pm.
