Friends warned us against going. Went anyway.Pizza could have actually been good, except that they not only made it wrong… the server then lied to us that we’d ordered a totally different pizza. Pulled up the online menu and showed them that we hadn’t. They then changed their story and said that we’d “changed the toppings” to some combination that we’ve never ordered in twenty years of ordering pizza! Ever!On top of that, the manager not only totally blew off our request to just make us the correct pizza… but he also made a comment about how we “better be glad he’s at his job”… like he’d have done something more personal otherwise.Every employee in the relatively awesome basement speakeasy even complained about how the upstairs manager was ruining their ability to make money.Just avoid this joint until they decide to replace the angry little manager that can’t be troubled to actually do his job in the pizza kitchen.

While in town for vacation I came to have pizza and play pinball. None of the machines work and when I alerted staff I was told they have nothing to do with the games . They told me to get a refund I would have to call the game company tomorrow . $10 for a card to play machines - they should at least turn the machines off .

Food is fine and most of the staff is cool but the upstairs bartender was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. If she likes to hang out in the back ignoring customers so much, maybe she should just stay back there.

I am regular participant in what was a weekly tradition of half off Monday pizza and cocktails. I normally leave fat, drunk and full of cheer. Tonight I left sober, and worse yet, disenchanted.A few things were off, a familiar friendly face behind the bar was MIA, but „no worries“, I thought. Downstairs, who I will name Quicksilver, for the sake of this post, was fast and friendly behind the bar. The problem? The other guy downstairs. He seemed to be of little help with a somewhat busy Monday. I watched this guy sit at the bar and later fumble around with darts while Quicksilver moved with the alacrity and vigor churning out drink after drink trying to keep up. All the while, my glass sat empty at the bar for 20 and 25 minutes, respectively, front and center in clear view.Oddly enough, the pizza was a tad off too. The center of this pie was as mushy as my ample rear end. Not impressed tonight, all told.

Amazing pizza joint! Huge slices of perfectly cooked pizza to feed the entire family. Great service and even has an arcade. Thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely come back when we're in the Chattanooga area again.

I bought one slice of pizza and it literally was the worst pizza slice I ever had. It wasn’t hot, no sauce to speak off, way to much dough, no flavor, it felt like chewing on cardboard. They give you a large slice but that didn’t matter considering the lack of flavor. My husbands slice wasn’t any different. Whole pie’s might be different.However, we enjoyed the bar and ambiance both upstairs and downstairs.
