We love LongHorn Steakhouse. We are happy that there is now one at Hamilton Place. Treated ourselves to a nice Flo's filet last weekend. It was busy but there was seating at the bar with no wsit.
My bf and I had a lovely dinner 2ight. Our server, Logan, was especially really good. He was pleasant, fast, didn't 4get about us and asked how r food was and if we needed anything. I had the salmon and it was excellent. Bf had parmesan chicken and enjoyed it.

I got the Lamb Chops with Spina and Mashed potatoes with a side of Mac and Cheese. I only expected 3 but got 6. They were placed around the mashed potatoes and spinach. My husband got the Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes. The service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I had an experience today where I had to leave the restaurant mid deal. When I came back, the manager, Gabe, had a new meal all prepared for me without me even asking (because my original meal got cold). I was so surprised! And the waitress (sorry, didn't get her name) was very kind and attentive. Excellent food and service!!!

I’m not typically one to complain but, the moment my husband and I walked in the door the hostess was extremely unprofessional. Yelling for someone, in my face directly in my ear… we waited for about 15 minutes which is fine. The hostess sat us with the menus and thanked us for waiting. As I’m looking around, multiple dirty tables and the carpets were disgusting. After about 4 minutes of sitting the hostess literally snatched the menus up while we were holding them looking over them and said “oops sorry wrong menus” the n walked away. Our server Ashleigh (could be wrong) was super nice and apologized for our food taking over 30 minutes. Food ended up being really good overall. I will most likely be ordering to go versus coming inside again.
