The line stretched out the door and down the block a few feet by the time we got there for brunch on a long holiday weekend. The line moved fairly quickly. The menu offers a nice variety of breakfast biscuits and other breakfast fare. We had biscuit sandwiches (Five and Dime, and Sticky Maple) and fried potatoes. The chicken was well seasoned and biscuits were flaky. Food met our expectations. It was worth the wait.

First and last time here. It took an HOUR to get ONE biscuit and ONE waffle to go. And, sadly, it was mediocre at best. Cafeteria set up and very very loud, even without the drink lady screaming out the names as they came up. $28.95 for a biscuit a waffle and one drink. I always try to look for the good, but in this case, there isn't much. Other than the Peachberry Lemonade was good; tart, but tasty.

My dad and I stopped in for breakfast this morning. We have been to this location a few times before and have a good experience, but today was extremely slow and the chicken on my biscuit was flavorless and undercooked. Their coffee is always good, but for the price I expect the food to be of higher quality. If this had been my first visit, I probably wouldn't go back.

Not worth the hype. Cafeteria vibes wth upscale prices. Small servings. Just a weird atmosphere. Even sharing did between me &daughter was expensive.

Food was good. You order as you enter then find a table. Orange juice was great, but for a gluten free person-not many options.

I honestly have no complaints, I enjoyed the experience and it was worth the wait in line. Busy and convenient location near the mall and shopping area Hamilton place.Try an egg veggie omelet and chicken biscuit with spicy syrup. The ice coffee is very underrated. It’s an ice coffee to buy alone. It’s casual dining and sit down environment. Only not a 5* because I’ve had better biscuits but still very good !!Vegetarian options: Veggie omelet fire !

Not impressed with this restaurant. The eggs (in the shape of a waffle) in the skillet mean were salty and dry. Expensive for the amount of food you get. Got the $3.50 cinnamon biscuit and it was small, hard and dry. I will not go back to this restaurant.

My family and I decided to visit this establishment for the first time, after coming together for my daughters dance recital. The line was long (which is usually a good sign) and it was definitely worth the wait! Everyone loved our food, especially the five & dime. A very nice woman named Barbara went out of her way to help us with our order and drinks, super friendly, helpful and professional! We’ll be back!

Should be ashamed to have the word "biscuit" in their name. Expected big, fluffy biscuits. Instead flat, dry, small. Have had better from a can. Line out the door is because of slow ordering at cash register, not a reflection of food quality. Very overpriced for what you get. Skip this place for Ruby Slipper or just hit a Bojangles or Hardees, both have much better biscuits

Very spicy sausage gravy on crunchy flat biscuits, omelette made in the waffle iron. A lot of hype..won’t return. Nice store frontage.

My boyfriend and I visited for the first time on Black Friday 2022, and were blown away by the wonderful service! It was a bit busy when we arrived at 12:15pm, but the food was ready quickly and it was hot & delicious! My boyfriend enjoyed the Risky Biscuit and an iced Maple Mocha coffee and said, “best damn biscuits & gravy I’ve ever had!” I enjoyed a Sweet Grace with a side of the Maple Pepper Bacon and a classic cappuccino, all of which tasted fresh and delicious! Best bacon EVER! Last but certainly not least, I was struggling with an impending anxiety attack while about to order and the lovely associate at the front helped me feel calm, safe, and cared for while I ordered. THANK YOU so much!!! I had an experience that went above and beyond expectations and I will definitely return to this location and recommend this place to all my loved ones!

We have been wanting to visit here for years and finally made it for brunch. Food was just ok - biscuits were good and chicken strips were very good. Breakfast sandwich was just ok and the mimosas were extremely sour.

Delicious food and great atmosphere! Our go to for breakfast out. The staff is friendly and helpful and the service is quick.

I had the biscuits & sausage gravy with the berry mimosa. The sausage gravy was packed with flavor! The mimosa was a bit too sweet for me and the line took forever to get through but it's a nice brunch spot!

This was recommended by our hotel and then we decided to go based on the reviews. The goat cheese sandwich is good, but I don't think many people will have tried goat cheese in the past. If this is your first experience, it can be off-putting. Everything we had from the eggs to the biscuits and gravy were spicy. (With a kick.) The eggs had a generous amount of black pepper. I know someone with a pepper allergy and I don't think she could eat much here. The gravy was orange from the spice they use. (Not Old Bay, thank God) I'm not a big spicy for breakfast person.
