Dinner here was absolutely amazing! Their chips and salsa were exceptional as was the guacamole we ordered. Very large serving on the small dip. Our drinks were delicious and strong. The entrees were perfect, definitely much better than your average Mexican restaurant. Service couldn't have been better throughout our visit. Will definitely be back!

I am from Atlanta, GA and was in the area for business and my wife came along. We checked this place out and it was THE BEST decision. Food, drinks, and atmosphere was absolutely amazing; def a 10/10. From GA is about a 2 hour drive, but to be honest, I would not mind taking that drive to eat here. We will return soon. I def recommend Mezcla Cocina Y Cantina!

I recently dined at this amazing Mexican restaurant and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The Philly burrito was packed with flavor and the classic burrito was equally delicious. The housemade guacamole was fresh and addictive. Don't miss out on their Paloma drink, it's refreshing and perfectly balanced. And their margaritas? Absolutely fantastic! Overall, a must-visit spot for Mexican cuisine lovers.

10/10 best Mexican food I have ever had! I would seriously consider the 1.5 hour drive to Chattanooga for no other reason than just to come eat here! The house salsa is fantastic!

The ambiance here is calm but fun. My wife and I enjoyed Valentine's Day here. I got the El Hipster, and she had the sangria. Both were very good. A lot of restaurants around Chattanooga make drinks wrong, but Mezcla knows how to mix drinks. We started with the bean dip, which was delicious. She really enjoyed her shrimp tacos, which were a bit spicier than she likes, but she said they were very good. I had the burrito loco and loved it. We will definitely be back.

Chips and salsa! Eat it all day. It's so good and so is their other food. Must try!Food is still good but the service has gotten bad. Slow and with an attitude the last couple times I've eaten there.

I've eaten here several times and have enjoyed take out as well. The restaurant is fairly spacious and can accommodate decent sized parties. I've seen it fairly empty for weekday lunches, but the place can be packed and a bit loud on weekends. Decor is fun- they embrace a modern and colorful calavera/ dia de los Muertos vibe. Big bar in the middle producing incredible mixed drinks. Food presentation is some of the best in Chattanooga- gorgeous dishes. I've enjoyed almost everything I've eaten. The salsas are fantastic. Although they have the ubiquitous white cheese dip and quesadillas for the picky eaters, I love the regional dishes (Yucatán pibil and possibly Pueblan mole). Service can be hit or miss and food may not be super fast. I think that is a challenge for many restaurants now and not a fault of this one in particular. If you are tired of the dozens of "Mexican" restaurants in town serving the same white cheese dip, same bland food, and boring salsa gringa, I highly recommend you visit Mezcla. Great food and atmosphere.

This place is amazing! The atmosphere, the food and the cocktails are very good. We came in a Sunday and had Aguachile with shrimp. SOOO good! We also had at the table nachos, a burrito and Burria tacos. This naught be my new fav place. I will say, this service is just okay. I think the servers are very chill and laid back. Not too much urgency, but I'm not mad at it.

Waited 10 minutes for the hostess to finally arrive and seat us. It took another 10 min for the only 2 servers to figure out who wanted to work. The two tables next to us got seated after us and got food way before us. Service was atrocious and the place was not busy at all. Food was good once we received it, 45 min later. Will never be back as a local.
