My wife and I stopped here to pick up a pizza and head to our rental. It is one of the few pizza places that claim to serve "NY" pizza that actually come damn close. The pizza was very good and even though it was a meat lovers, it wasn't very greasy like most. The staff was friendly and helpful, even during rush hour on a busy night. Would definitely recommend this place.

The food was edible that's all you can say about it. They burnt our first pizza, never said anything and didn't restart our order. We waited 45mins before asking. They had forgotten us and our order. They restarted our pizza. Wish I had gone somewhere else it was bad.

This is my favorite pizza out of all of Chatt! This pizza is so delicious I order quite frequently. I just love the Italian sausage! :) Walking in, you usually see about 6 different choices if you're in for just a slice. You'll have the customary plain cheese, pepperoni, sausage, pepperoni and sausage, plus there is usually a vegetable one and another one that seems to vary depending on the day. You are always greeted as you walk in. Let them know your choice, then move down to the counter to order a drink to go with your pizza. You also pay here and they will bring your pizza out to you if you're eating in. If you order to-go, they will call out your name or your order. If you'd rather order a whole pizza, step down to the counter to place your order. It takes anywhere from 15-30 to complete an order and be out the door. Or you can order ahead of time. You can get delivery by the app 'Slice'. I love the sausage and pepperoni slice or whole pizza. The type of sausage they use is the chunk-type, not sliced, which I prefer. The restaurant menu also has a good number of sandwiches, calzones, garlic knots, and pastas, but for me it's mostly all about the pizza here. A good appetizer is the garlic knots; I love them if I'm really starving to start out my meal. The restaurant also is an interesting place historically. They have decorated with all types of items from NYPD, which is also in their moniker. The bathrooms are always clean and tidy. They have a private lot for customer parking.

My wife and I visited this place for dinner in july. When we first walked in we noticed that it was very hot inside. I mentioned it to the person at the counter and she responded like it wasn't a big deal. You walk in to the counter where you order and look at a paper menu to try and figure out the menu. The menu was very confusing and the girl taking our order would simply reply yes or no or just respond with we don't have that size in that pizza. She was no help so we finally just quit trying to navigate the menu and told her what we were wanting. We ordered Garlic knots that were hard and not fresh, a salad which was actually good but they charged us for the salad and then added a second charge for the dressing. We then ordered a medium pizza with chicken, mushroom and onions and asked for the marinara to be on the side and not on the pizza. When we received the pizza it had marinara on the pizza. I went back to the counter to tell her that we ordered the pizza with the marinara on the side and not on the pizza. She responded that they do not put marinara on the pizza that they put pizza sauce on it. Why when I said that I did not want marinara on the pizza did she not tell me that they don't put marinara on their pizzas then? Also, after we left I felt like the restaurant deserved a chance to make it right before I left a review so I called the very next day and asked for the manager and they told me to call back later. that he would be in later. I called later and they said that he was unavailable. I called back the next few days in a row and got replies like, he's busy, can you call back. So I finally asked for them to have him call me and that has been over two weeks ago.

Had a good early dinner. Ate so much. Good pizza, tasty Stromboli and steak and cheese.

Really gone down hill. Hot, dirty dining room. Flys. Took forever to get two slices and an attitude from purple hair. Pizza was good.

My first visit and it was takeout but really enjoyed the pizza. The young lady at the front that took my order was very helpful and my only semi-negative comment is that it was really warm inside ?

I love their pizza! Thin crust perfectly covered in cheese and sauce- i love it. Love they do by the slice (or did)….

Incorrect wait times. Could understand 10 minute delay, but not greater then 30 minutes after already being quoted 30 minute wait time. There is equal and better pizza options in Chattanooga.

This is our first time actually coming here to eat. The first time we experienced their food, we had COVID so it was delivered thru door dash. The first pizza we got the crust was incredibly dark and you couldn't taste anything but burnt. But we spoke with the manager who cooked another pizza and took very good care of us. We gave the first pizza back. Their food is ABSOLUTELY delicious! We got the 20' pepperoni

So, I can't eat here anymore, ( I'm dairy free) but I wanted to brag on how good it was. It was such a good quick grab slice of pizza. And the cannoli was good! It reminded me of the mall pizza but 5 times better!!

Huge paper thin crust low on toppings and just not worth the money. Grocery store frozen pizza is better and has more toppings! I have not returned since that first visit.

Ironically, I'm not into their pizza, but their Alfredo? It is to die for! Daughter lives it, too.

No flatware to eat with. I had to request a plastic fork to eat rubbery, tough spaghetti and what looked to be store-bought meatballs like one would get frozen in a bag at any grocery store. The marinara was just average and too sweet with an overwhelming taste of garlic and ketchup. Nothing homemade here for my spaghetti and meatballs dinner whatsoever. I was served buttered garlic toast, which would have been the only saving grace, but the butter was way too prominent making the toast wet, greasy and messy to eat. For some reason, I was also served a triangular shaped chunk of bread that was cold, ice cold....did I say cold? It was a gluten dough bomb from hell that had NO flavor, and did I say it was COLD? Even the decor was depressing. The tables had a sticky feel to them. If this is in the style of traditional New York Pizza and Italian cooking, I now know I haven't missed a thing. Sorry guys but my experience today sucked.

I visited NYPD a couple days ago. I was surprised of the change in taste of the pizza and cheesecake. It was different from my last visit. I tried the spaghetti and meatballs in which I enjoyed. I don't know if there was a change in the cheesecake brand but I prefer the other one.
