This was my first ever visit to a Red Lobster. Went to eat here on Saturday 3/16/24. We had a large party of 14. Reservations were made hours before we all were to meet at the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. Reservation was for 5:30 PM. When the full party arrived, we were told there currently wasn’t a table available and we would have to wait. As we waited, we got to noticing there were several tables empty in the restaurant, some large enough to seat us. We asked management about it and were told we couldn’t use those tables. In the end we were not seated until 7:00 PM (1.5 hours after our reservation). When we were offered tables, the party had to be split with 7 of us on one side of the restaurant and 7 of us on the other side of the restaurant. The party was not even close enough to see each other. The manager was very rude through the whole ordeal. Terrible experience when you’re dropping $100+ to eat. While the waiter did well and the food was alright, I will never go back.

Every single year for my birthday my family and I will go here.. We don't live near the water or ocean so Red Lobster is the closet thing. I always get the ultimate feast no matter what. I always clean my plate but I want two more pounds of crab legs haha.

Some of my party got all you can eat shrimp, it was pretty good. I do not reccomend anything but seafood there. I got the chicken and it lacked flavor.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu was pretty good selection, mamy kids there, no one seemed to mind.

To be honest Red lobster is falling behind their food and portion sizes definitely do not reflect or make you feel like it is appropriate to be charging the prices of in which they are! The quality of food and portion have gone down and their prices have significantly increased making for a very unbalanced
